Promotion Rules

Go Big is Back

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using Rewards cards.
  5. Card holders must achieve a milestone in order to be eligible for a prize.
  6. Quantity of prizes in the different prize categories on the wheel are limited per month and based on a first come first serve basis.
  7. If a guest qualifies to spin the wheel, the wheel must spin at least three full revolutions for it to be a legitimate spin.
  8. Cardholders can earn a maximum of 6 car draw tickets per month or a maximum of 18 car draw tickets during the promotional period.
  9. Car draw tickets will be calculated based on the customer rank as at 31 December 2015.
  10. Criteria for milestones will be advertised through the various advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  11. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  12. Card holders must print their prize voucher from the eHost before the 1st of each month for milestones earned in the previous month.
  13. All prizes from the previous month will expire on the eHost after 08h00 on the 1st of each month.
  14. Each month is a new earning month.
  15. No change will be given if the full value of a food/beverage voucher is not used.
  16. All prize vouchers must be redeemed within 15 days from the day it was printed.
  17. Prize winners for the car draws will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  18. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the e-hosts are open. The opening and closing times for the e-host will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
  19. All Participants are required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for Finalist selection (“Finalist Draw”), which will be determined by way of random draw(s). A redraw will occur should Finalists not present themselves within 90 seconds.
  20. Once selected as a finalist the participant may opt-out from the winners draw.  Finalists may opt-out and in such instances shall be required to nominate in writing, another person (“the Nominee”) to act on their behalf in a specific draw for prize(s) (“ Prize Draw”), which will be held at a later time on the same day, as advertised in the above manner.
  21. Finalists shall provide a copy of their Nominee’s positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./ valid South African Driver’s License/valid Passport or other valid and official form of identification and any other details as required by the Participating Casinos. Specifically, the onus to ensure that Nominees are present for the above purposes shall rest solely with the Finalist concerned.
  22. Prize winners at the car draw who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
  23. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  24. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the winners draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available.  In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  25. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.  Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  26. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
  27. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  28. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  29. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  30. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  31. The above clauses are severable from each other.  Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
