WHAT DO I WIN WHEN I REACH A MILESTONE?

  • Milestone 1 -  Personalised FreePlay and 1 draw ticket
  • Milestone 2 - Theme Park tickets and 2 draw tickets
  • Milestone 3 - a personalised meal voucher and 3 draw tickets

Once a milestone is achieved, you will receive a sms informing you to claim your instant prize at the eHost. You will have 15 days to claim your prize.


Once you claim your prize from the eHost, your:

  • FreePlay will be valid for 30 days. 
  • Theme Park tickets will be valid for 30 days. 
  • Meal voucher will be valid for 15 days.

Promotional rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is opened to Gold Reef City Gold Rewards card holders only.
    5.    Participants can earn points by playing Slots and/or Tables whilst using their Gold Rewards card.
  5. Card holders must achieve a milestone in order to be eligible for a prize.
  6. Guests will win instant prizes and cash draw tickets per milestone achieved as below:
    • Milestone 1 – FreePlay Rewards + 1 cash draw ticket
    • Milestone 2 – Theme Park tickets + 2 cash draw tickets
    • Milestone 3 – Meal Voucher + 3 cash draw tickets
  7. Cash draw tickets will be calculated from the first to the last day of each month, however the cash draws will take place on the first Saturday of each month for all qualifiers from the previous month:
    • 4 November 2017 CASH DRAW – October qualifiers
    • 2 December 2017 CASH DRAW – November qualifiers
    • 6 January 2018 CASH DRAW – December qualifiers
  8. The promotion is based on the concept of personalised milestones therefore the criteria and rewards will differ from guest to guest.
  9. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  10. Milestone rewards can be claimed at the eHosts within 15 days of earning.
  11. If a guest gets upgraded during the promotional period, all Gold Run rewards and draw tickets will automatically be nullified
  12. Each month is a new earning month
  13. Milestone reward vouchers will be valid as below
    • FreePlay reward – valid for 30 days from date claimed at the eHost.
    • Theme Park tickets – valid for 30 days from date claimed at the eHost
    • Meal voucher – valid for 15 days from date claimed at the eHost
  14. Theme Park tickets cannot be redeemed on a public holiday or on days that the Theme Park is closed for a private event.
  15. Prize winners for the cash draws will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  16. Participants must activate their entry into the cash draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the e-hosts are open. The opening and closing times for the e-host will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
  17. If a participant declines to be present at the live draw, he/she must nominate a person to stand in on his/her behalf and both the participant and nominee must present positive and acceptable form of identification and both parties must complete and sign the proxy form.
  18. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification. 
  19. Should there be more than one finalist or nominee who is not present at the prize reveal, a mechanic will be introduced at the discretion of management to determine the prize per finalist.
  20. All Participants are required to be present at the cash draws on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorised in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 19h45 on cash draw days. 
  21. Prize winners and proxy’s who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and must produce positive and acceptable form of identification. 
  22. Authorised representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent
  23. Should the prize winner or authorised representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  24. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. 
  25. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.  Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  26. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
  27. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  28. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  29. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  30. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  31. The above clauses are severable from each other.  Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
