Promotional Rules

Play Win Celebrate

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Gold cardholders need to earn minimum 500 points to be part of the promotion
  5. Platinum cardholders need to earn minimum 2500 points to be part of the promotion
  6. Black cardholders need to earn minimum  10 000 points to be part of the promotion
  7. Prizes during the promotion period will be issues as milestone offers by means cardholders reaching the milestones before being eligible for prizes
  8. Prizes will be available at the e-host at least 48hours after earning the points required and an sms notification to the guests          
  9. Draw tickets will be available for printing on the day of the draw at 8am
  10. Points earning starts 1 April to 27 May for milestone offers and the 1 monthly draws on 28 May
  11. Points earning restarts again on 30 May for milestone offers and the final draws on 30 July
  12. Guests will need 2000 points after the reaching all 5 milestone to be able to qualify for the car draw.
  13. Milestone offers earned will be valid for redemption and use 7 days after the earning period expiry; i.e. 3 June for 1st earning period and 5 August  for the 2nd earning period
  14. Entries to the draw will be capped at 30 tickets per cardholder based on the points ranked
  15. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration only points earned during the promotional period will be considered
  16. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion
  17. The entry bins will open 2 hours prior to the first draw. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used within the casino
  18. Car draw on the 28 June will be held at 7pm.
  19. Final draw 30 July will take place at 7pm.
  20. A register will be available at the Customer Services Desk on the day of the draws for one hour before the draw takes place, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw or when the prize winners are announced on that day
  21. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this register
  22. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and Goldfields Rewards Programme card belonging to the winner.  Positive and acceptable form of identification may be requested during verification.
  23. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw will take place
  24. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite      to be present for  the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  25. In instances where an eligible finalist is not present, due to declining the invitation to be present, random persons from the audience will be selected to act on behalf of these eligible finalists
  26. Persons acting on behalf of eligible finalists must acknowledge that he or she is merely acting on behalf of eligible finalist and that he or she is not entitled to prizes and benefits awarded to finalist/s or prize winner/s
  27. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw
  28. Once verified, each prize winner will be granted the winnings due to him/ her as per the promotion mechanics. 
  29. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  30. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
  31. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
  32. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
  33. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
  34. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
