Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on Praslin

From breakfast poolside to lunch on the beach and dinner with the ocean lapping against St Pierre Beach Restaurant, cuisine at Paradise Sun is a menu of Creole-inspired, always-fresh, familiar-favourites and Seychelles flavours. From oven hot pizza to ocean fresh sashimi and from jungle picked fruits to French style pastries, dining with us at our Praslin restaurant is a plate to remember.

Breakfast (07h00 - 10h00)

Join us for breakfast in our pool side open fronted dining room. Fresh bread cooked in house, tropical fruits, waffles and eggs as-you-like-them as well as Full English and continental selections. Opt for something light or something to last you on your day out.

If you’re leaving early, let us know and we will deliver a selection of fruit, juice and cakes to your room the night before.

Lunch (12h30 - 15h00)

St Pierre Beach Restaurant is one of a kind with uninterrupted views of its island namesake and panoramic views that stretch right around. Views are all stunning aquamarine ocean and paper-white sand and the menu is as Creole-inspired and island-fresh as it is classic comfort eating with an island twist. So, you can enjoy seared tuna or a caprese salad, an oven-fresh Paradise Pizza or one of Simeon’s Creole curries with octopus or chicken cooked in coconut and served with chutney. Eat at St Pierre Beach Restaurant or order from your beach-bed.

Afternoon Tea & Cake (16h00 - 17h00)

Head to the poolside every day for tea (or coffee) and cake. Whether your cup of tea is Ceylon or fruity, enjoy a cup served along with fresh baked brownies, cakes, cookies and scones. High ceilings and propeller fans keep things cool for afternoon relaxation. Tea and cake is always a good idea, even on a tropical island.

Late Lunch

Island-hopping hungry or snorkeling-session starving? A special late-lunch menu includes hunger-sating choices like our Beach Burger made with grain fed beef and served with caramelized onions, or a Caesar salad with prawns. Why not finish with a fruit platter or passion fruit crème brûlée?

Dinner (19h00 - 21h30)

From Italian to Creole, BBQ to Seafood, the choice changes throughout the week but there is more than enough to keep the cuisine-curious happy as well as familiar-favourites for everyone, no matter where home is. Live music four nights a week from local bands as well as live cooking stations bring all the flavours together.
