*The recent severe weather and tidal conditions have caused extensive damage to St Pierre Beach Restaurant. The impact of these tidal surges requires the restaurant to be closed for repairs and renovations until further notice.

In light of the above, we will offer a full board meal plan (lunch inclusive), until such time that the restaurant is operational.

There’s restaurants on the beach, and then there’s beaches in the restaurant. Sand underfoot, the ocean lapping at the side, a high lathania leaf ceiling, 180 degrees of stunning aquamarine ocean and paper-white sand views are all complemented by an à la carte lunch menu of island-fresh Creole dishes and familiar-favourites with a tropical-twist at our Praslin restaurant.

Evening themed buffets change through the week but every night of the week you’ll find more than enough variety for the cuisine-curious as well as home favourites made with seasonal local ingredients and exciting flavours. Live music from local bands, interactive cooking stations, cocktails, wines and local rum as well as fruit juices and mocktails complete the St Pierre Beach Restaurant experience.

À la carte

Fresh, light and delicious. Enjoy freshly caught seared tuna or a caprese salad with plenty of buffalo mozzarella and aged balsamic dressing. Oven hot pizzas at St Pierre Beach Restaurant are the best you’ll taste on the island, while Simeon’s Signature Creole Curry with octopus or chicken cooked in coconut with chutney is as Seychelles-authentic as it gets.

Fish lovers can’t go wrong with a seafood espetada, a skewer squeezed full with succulent prawns, calamari, fish fillet, and flame grilled onions and peppers. A selection of lunch-menu highlights feature on our late lunch menu for that end of day-tripping hunger. All best enjoyed with a fresh juice, Paradise Sun style cocktail or a chilled glass of white.


Asian, BBQ, Creole as well as roasts, Italian and seafood, the choice changes throughout the week but with enough to keep the cuisine-curious happy as well as a taste of home for everyone. Buffet choices always include plenty of fresh bread cooked by our bakers, Creole condiments to add a burst of flavour, and enough vegetarian-friendly options that have been thoughtfully prepared for vegetarian diners. Irresistible desserts are made in house with a tempting choice of tropical fruits and chocolate, cakes and pastries. Live music four nights a week from local bands add to the flavour and live cooking stations bring all the flavours together.

Dress Code

You’re on holiday so dress as you like. Many guests dress for the beach from morning ‘til sundown and then wear something a little more ‘going-out’ in the evening. Whether that’s a button up shirt or just a different pair of shorts we’ll leave that up to you. We take barefoot relaxation literally.


Every day at lunch there is a selection of the mornings catch, but Sunday the fisherman have been busy and the catch is plentiful. Job fish or parrot fish, sailfish or tuna, at the Paradise Sun Sunday Fish Market you choose your fish, your sauce and how you’d like it prepared – we’ll do the rest.
