Hilltop – after dark the hilltop garden helipad is yours. Views across to Anse Boileau and Anse Louis at one of the highest points on our private peninsula. Candlelight, moonlight, starlight, fine cuisine and fine company. What more do you need?
Beach – barefoot dining on Anse Louis. Granite boulders, soft white sand, gentle waves, timid ghost crabs running in time with the waves and dining to linger over. Retire to your villa for a late-night drink or a late-night bath.
Villa - each villa features a dining pavilion for private dining where the distraction from each other is the view. Allow your butler to prepare everything. Fine dining where the journey is a culinary one, no travelling required.
MAIA BBQ - talk to your butler during your stay (give us 12 hours to make the preparations) and then select from choice cuts of meats, a seafood selection including whole fresh line-caught fish, shellfish and fish steaks, all prepared with your choice of sauces by your own private chef in a setting that you choose. (The MAIA BBQ is exclusively inclusive for Signature Villa residents or available on the Reserve List for all other guests)
Picnics* – at the beach or in the jungle on a yacht or after the helicopter has dropped you off, day excursions just got more delicious with a MAIA picnic. Create your own picnic with all your favourites or allow MAIA to prepare a MAIA Signature picnic including bakery fresh breads, smoked salmon, tomato mozzarella salad, tropical fruits, cheeses, homemade tartlets, brownies and more.
