The Bird Gardens is closed until further notice.
Visitors can relax and enjoy a meal at Flamingo Café; this 90-seater restaurant overlooks the Flamingo Pond. This venue also caters for children's birthday parties (max 30 people). For bookings contact Richard on +27 11 511 1203.
South African Cycad Gardens
The Bird Gardens also has the largest and most diverse private collection of South African Cycads in the world, with over 750 plants from 37 different species.
We are very proud to be affiliated with the Mabula Ground-hornbill Conservation Project. All donations collected at the Bird Show go to the conservation of these beautiful, yet endangered birds.
