St Petersburg Ballet Theatre Presents Swan Lake

Finally some good news!
In line with the latest advice from the South African government on the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 the St Petersburg Ballet Theatre’s Swan Lake at the Teatro at Montecasino cannot go ahead in April/May 2020.
But we can now announce the good news that the St Petersburg Ballet’s Swan Lake will still be coming to Johannesburg! Additionally, we have secured new dates for the Cape Town season too!
Swan Lake will now be playing at the Teatro at Montecasino in April 2021 and your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new dates. We have carefully planned the new dates so that most of you can still have your same seat(s), on the same day of the week, and at the same performance time!
Additionally, to say thank you to you for your patience during this time and for your valued support, we will give you one exclusive St Petersburg Ballet Theatre South African tour souvenir programme for you and your guests to share and enjoy!

What to do next?
If you have NOT yet collected your tickets, they will automatically be changed to the new performance date and time. This means that when you are ready to go and collect your tickets they will be for the new and correct date.
If you have already collected your tickets, please hold onto them and you will be able to exchange them after 18 January 2021 for tickets reflecting the new date. So why that date? There is no need to rush to get the new tickets as there is time. Also, we would not want your great experience dampened with lost tickets!
I’m sure you can appreciate there is a little bit of work to do behind the scenes to coordinate this smooth changeover, but rest assured your seats for your new performance date will be held for you while we make the necessary preparations. Your patience during this period is greatly appreciated. Notification of the exchange will be communicated to you once done.
Anything else you need to know?
We’re on the same page, St Petersburg Ballet Theatre dancers wish they could come to Johannesburg sooner but this event change is not in their control. The Company look forward to seeing you at Swan Lake in April 2021.

We appreciate that you may not be able to make the new dates due to prior engagements and we’re very sorry that you will miss this magnificent season of Russian classical ballet by the St Petersburg Ballet Theatre. Should it be necessary for you to apply for a refund please follow the following procedures by 20 April 2020:
Patrons needing a refund and who have already collected their tickets or purchased their tickets via Shoprite, Checkers, Checkers Hyper, Computicket outlets and House & Home may return their tickets to the store for that refund.
Patrons who have purchased tickets via credit card or web and who have not collected their tickets as of yet, upon request to Computicket on 0861 915 8000, will be refunded automatically to their credit card within 3-7 working days.

Please note that only tickets purchased through the authorised ticket seller Computicket can apply for a refund.
