What could be more spectacular than a fine-dining experience prepared by a team of world-class chefs to celebrate the year end? Add a beautifully appointed private venue in the heart of the iconic Sandton Sun, and wines from one of the most impressive cellars in the country - This is what you can expect when you book a Chef’s Table at Sandton Sun.
Executive Chef Gerard Vingerling and his team will bring their culinary experience from kitchens around the world and create a seven-course menu based on the best available seasonal ingredients.
Each course will be paired by our master sommelier with wines from the hotel’s cellar, including some of the best Nederberg Auction Wines.
Expect to be guided through this culinary adventure course-by-course by the talented chefs who have conceptualised and prepared each dish.
Price: R750 per person with wine charged on consumption, or R1,500 per person all-inclusive.
You can also celebrate your end of year function in our Flexi private dining room, which includes access to your own private section of the San Deck. You can choose from a selection of designer menus - our Flexi room is the perfect place to host your function.
