- No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
- Any person who has been issued with a refusal of entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate members.
- Email address can only be updated once during the promotional period and guests will be automatically entered.
- Only valid email addresses will be entered into the draw – email addresses will be verified by sending a confirmation email to the guest. Emails that bounce or invalid will be excluded.
- Only Silverstar cardholders are permitted to update their details and enter the competition and new enrolments will also be permitted during promotional period.
- Guests can enter by:
- Updating their current email address
- Confirming their current email address
- Submitting a new email address
- Opting in to email communication
- Cash and Prizes cannot be transferred and winners must sign for receipt of prizes and all acknowledgements.
- Only email addresses updated from 19 October 2015– 12 November 2015 will be considered for 1st draw on 17 November 2015.
- Only email address updated on 13 November 2015 – 5 January 2016 will be considered for 2nd draw on 8 January 2016.
- Any person who has been issued with a refusal of entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- Prize winners will be drawn back of house under camera coverage and subjected to an audit representative being present for the duration of the draw.
- Winners will be notified by email after the draw. The prize winner must claim the prize within 15 days of the draw.
- The winner must be in possession of their corresponding Silverstar Rewards card and positive identification upon prize collection.
- The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided. Winners will forfeit their prize if not claimed within 15 days.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
- A maximum of 1 individual entry can be entered per person per draw.
- Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
- Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw.
