Comedy Madness a craze at Silverstar
The West Rand’s premier entertainment destination, Silverstar, is gearing up to leave fans in stitches with comedy greats, Trevor Gumbi, Sifiso Nene, Schalk Bezuidenhout and Loyiso Madinga.

Trevor Gumbi - 4 November
Venue: The Globe

On Saturday, 4 November, multi-nominated South African comedian, writer and actor, Trevor Gumbi will have the crowd in stitches at The Globe. Gumbi, who recently announced his own separation after 11 years of marriage, will talk openly about this previously ‘taboo’ subject on his “Divorce Tour”.

After a successful tour with his one-man show, “Baby Mama Drama”, on Saturday, 11 November, Sifiso Nene, will perform his latest show “Typical Zulu” which will include skits about taxi drivers, politics, Zulu stereotypes and more.

Schalk Bezuidenhout and Loyiso Madinga are returning to stand-up comedy once again. After their wildly successful run with Trevor Noah and his NationWILD Tour, these two comedians have carved a niche for themselves in the industry with sold out runs of Bezuidenhout’s one man show, ‘Second Language’, as well as Madinga’s show, ‘Born Free-ish’. And now they are joining forces in 'Broken English' –a show filled with more laughs than grammatical errors, making it a two man stand-up comedy show you don’t want to miss!
