Update your email address and stand a chance to win your share of cash and prizes to the value of R15,000 from the 6 November - 6 December 2017. Simply update your email address at Silverstar Customer Service Desk and get your free entry to stand a chance of winning on 12 December 2017. It’s that easy!

Guests can enter by:

  • Updating their current email address
  • Confirming their current email address 
  • Submitting a new email address
  • Opting in to email communication
  • Signing up to Silverstar Rewards with an email address 
  • Guests will need to complete a ticket stub provided from Customer Service Desk after updating their email and drop it into the entry bin
  • An sms will be sent to all the guests that have been entered into the draw

A share of R15,000 in Cash and Prizes to be won:

  • First Prize - Silverstar Experience & R5,000 in Cash
  • Second Prize - R2,500 in Cash
  • Third Prize - R2,500 in Cash

Draw will be done in December at 11h00 and winners will be contacted by email and telephone. 

Promotional Rules:

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a refusal of entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate members.
  4. Email address can only be updated once during the promotional period and guests will complete ticket stub and drop it the bin.
  5. Only valid email addresses will be entered into the draw – email addresses will be verified by sending a confirmation email to the guest.  Emails that bounce or are invalid will be excluded.
  6.  Silverstar cardholders are permitted to update their details and enter the competition and new enrolments will also be permitted during promotional period.

  8. Prizes are not transferrable for cash.
  9. Cash and Prizes cannot be transferred and winners must sign for receipt of prizes and all acknowledgements.
  10. Only email addresses updated from 06 November 2017– 06 December 2017 will be considered for the draw on 12 December 2017.
  11. Prize winners will be drawn back of house under camera coverage and subjected to an audit representative being present for the duration of the draw. 
  12. Winners will be notified by email or other contact details provided after the draw. The prize winner must claim the prize within 15 days of the draw at the Casino from the Marketing Department.
  13. The winner must be in possession of their corresponding Silverstar Rewards card and positive identification upon prize collection.  ( Green ID book for verification)
  14. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided. Winners will forfeit their prize if not claimed within 15 days.
  15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  16. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  17. A maximum of 1 individual entry can be entered per person per draw.
  18. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  19. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. 
  20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this campaign will be disqualified.
