Step into our professional kitchen and let the culinary adventure begin. Join Chef Juan & Chef Ku for an exclusive masterclass at Yizani restaurant.

Each masterclass session will include a 3-course meal with different menus showcasing unique cooking techniques on main dishes such as sous vide and sushi making.
Start the evening with an amuse-bouche, followed by starters served on a harvest table. The interactive main course follows and finally, end the evening off with a delicious plated dessert.
Each session is limited to 10 couples each with their own work station.
Masterclass session on 28 May 2021

  • Theme: International Chardonnay Day
  • In this live interactive masterclass session, Chef Juan will teach you how to sous vide a Springbok loin and will be paired with a delectable glass of Chardonnay
  • Offer includes a vertical Chardonnay tasting of three different vintages

Masterclass session on 12 June 2021

  • Theme: International Gin Day
  • In this live interactive masterclass, Chef Ku will teach you how to correctly prepare and roll sushi whilst enjoying a glass of signature paired gin
  • Offer includes a gin tasting of three different flavour profiles
