Play Slots or Tables and stand a chance to win a share of R30,000 in cash! per activation day

How to Enter:

Play your favourite Slot Machine or Table Game on the Main Casino Floor and Smoking casino every Saturday between 14h00 – 22h00 and Sunday between 10h00 – 18h00, to stand a chance of winning a share of R30,000 in cash per activation day. Qualifiers will be randomly selected. Draws on Saturday’s at 18h00 and 22h00 and Sunday’s at 14h00 and 18h00.

Promotional Rules

  1. No person under 18 years is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders and Day Cardholders who are actively playing Slots and/or Tables on the Smoking Casino Floor and Main Casino Floors (excluding the Salon Privé and Private rooms)
  5. The Cash Grab qualifiers will be randomly selected using a tombola with all Slot Machine numbers deposited inside that the Hostess will draw from for Slots carded players and Slots un-carded players whilst playing on devices on the activation day during the specified activation times
  6. Cash Grab qualifiers will be randomly selected using the Traditional Fish Bowl method that has all Table Numbers deposited inside that the Hostess will select from for Tables carded and Tables un-carded players whilst playing on devices on the activation day during the specified activation times
  7. Tickets will be issued by promotions staff to qualifying guests playing at a specific Slot machine number or a specific Table Game number
  8. To determine a qualifying Table guest, staff will approach the winning Table Number and present a domino to each of the Tables guests and the guest with the highest denomination domino will qualify for the activation
  9. If there is only one guest at a Tables game, then that guest will automatically qualify. If there are two and more guests seated at the Table then the domino method will be applied whereby the guest that chooses the highest denomination domino will qualify for the activation.
  10. Tickets issued will be a duplicate two part ticket with a perforated centre
  11. A ticket issued by promotions staff is to be completed by the guest and one half is to be deposited into the draw entry bin and the remaining half is to be retained on the guest person for verification purposes together with positive ID documentation and or Suncoast Rewards card
  12. Ticket Activation and Draw times on a Saturday and Sunday for Slots and Tables are as follows:
    • Saturday’s between 14h00 - 17h30, Draw at 18h00 and 18h30 - 22h00, Draw at 22h00
    • Sunday’s between 10h00 - 13h30, Draw at 14h00 and 14h30 – 18h00, Draw at 18h00
    • Saturday 27 April, 12h00 – 15h30, draw at 16h00
  13. The Golden Ticket concept will be an added element to the weekend activation and there will be 1 Golden Ticket for every weekend. The Golden Ticket will have a Cash value of R1,000 that will be added to the Guest winnings  
  14. If and when the Golden Ticket is won, this ticket will then be excluded from that activation day and the remaining of the weekend activations
  15. If the Golden Ticket is not won during an activation or activation day it will then be carried forward to the next activation or activation day
  16. The Cash Grab device will be filled with R30,000 in imitation money (per activation) and will decrease throughout the activation day as contestants win
  17. Cash Grab contestants selected will be given 90 seconds in the Cash Grab unit to grab and insert as much ‘’imitation’’ money as they can in the money box located on the Cash Grab device
  18. After the 90 seconds, the amount of ‘’imitation’’ money collected by the contestant will be counted and will be the same cash amount that the contestant will receive
  19. Winning contestants will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the Main Floor or Stage activation to be verified 
  20. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by Participants and Nominee when completing a Proxy Form
  21. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize voucher within fifteen (15) days from the day of the draw at the Guest Services Desk
  22. Should a prize winner or nominated proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place
  23. Proxy Nominations who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Suncoast card belonging to the prize winner and/or positive and acceptable form of identification. Reasonable steps shall be taken to verify a prize winner using the Patron Management System, should the proxy nomination not be in possession of valid identification. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the prize winner to present a valid form of identification
  24. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Guest Services desk from 14h00 – 22h00 on Saturday’s and from 10h00 – 18h00 on Sunday’s and on 27 April between 12h00 and 16h00, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize should he/she decline to be present for that draw or when the prize winners are announced on that day
  25. Proxies acting on behalf of eligible Participants must acknowledge that he or she is merely acting on behalf of eligible Participants and that he or she is not entitled to prizes and benefits awarded to prize winners by completing the Proxy section of the prescribed Proxy Form
  26. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Proxy), as the case may  be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the Guest Services Desk at the casino where the prize(s) were won
  27. Prizes for this promotion will be in the form of Cash. Prize letters will be issued to the winners which will be redeemable at the Cash Desk. Prize winners have 15 days to redeem their cash prizes at any of the Suncoast Cash desks. A valid form of identification will be required when redeeming the Cash prizes
  28. Prizes cannot be exchanged for FreePlay, transferred or any other form of consideration
  29. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  30. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date
  31. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
  32. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
