Forgot your PIN
In order to log-in to your Rewards profile, you will need your PIN and membership numbers. Should you need us to send these through to you, here are some options available to you:
SMS "Tsogo" to 43571
This option is only available for Rewards members with South African mobile numbers. Should you have multiple profiles on the system you will be prompted, via SMS, for your membership number so that we can ensure we send you the correct PIN.
