1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to the Tsogo Rewards members, non carded guests must sign up to the Tsogo Rewards Programme to participate.
5. The promotion will run from 03 September – 06 September 2026.
6. Participants must play Slots or Tables at Golden Horse and earn points to qualify for the daily draws. Tickets earning will be uncapped.
7. Patrons will be awarded bonus tickets for every gaming visit,

8. Points earning and ticket printing will be as below stated on the entry mechanics

• Exclusive to Tsogo Rewards members. Non-carded members would have to sign-up in order to participate.
• Open to All tiers.
• Patrons will have to play using their Tsogo Rewards card to earn points into the draws:
  • RAPS – 50 points
  • Teeds – 100 points = 1 ticket
• Tickets earning will commence on 03 September until 06 September 2026.
• Points Earning will be as follows:

• Point earning will not roll-over from one draw day to the next.
• Guests who win during the draws and are signed up on the TSOGO SUN App will be awarded a bonus R100 +Play.
• Participants need to be present for the draw or nominate a proxy.
• Proxy forms will be made available at the Tsogo Rewards desk and VIP desk during the ticket printing times.

9. Draw Day Mechanics:

Bonus Sessions:

• Patrons will need to actively play on slots or tables in order to qualify.
• Patrons would need to earn a minimum of 50 points.
• The marketing and security team will make their way to the selected winner.
• Patrons will select an envelope which will determine how much they win.
• A total of 10 winners will be selected during each day for the bonus sessions.

• Participants can be selected more than once but can only win once per session.

• Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.
• Winners would have to collect their prize letters from the Tsogo Reward Desk, thereafter head to the Cash Desk to collect their cash amount.

Teeds:

• All draws will take place on the main casino stage area.
• A total fifteen (15) patrons will be drawn using the TEEDS electronic system, five (5) each day.
• Draws will take place in the following order:
  • 04 September – 8pm
  • 05 September – 8pm
  • 06 September – 4pm
• The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
• If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
• Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.
• Once verified, the patron will have to choose a reveal from the prize reveals to stage which will determine how much the will win.
• Winners will be issued their prize letter at the Tsogo Rewards Desk, which can be redeemed at the Cash Desk for cash.

10. Entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
11. Members may be selected more than once but can only win once per draw.
12. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
13. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
14. The promotions team will issue the prize letter to the winner.
15. Prizes must be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw from the Tsogo Rewards Desk at Golden Horse Casino.
16. Each verified winner will be awarded a prize as advertised in the mediums used to advertise the promotion.
17. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes won.
18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entering into.
20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severing, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
