Manual draw with tickets. Promotional Competition Rules for promotional competitions where Finalist(s) interaction is required before Prize Winner(s) is determined

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion is open to Emnotweni Rewards members only. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, through any other form of consideration only points earned during the promotional period will be considered.
4. Draw entries must be printed at eHosts within advertised times and dates being two hours prior to the draw.
5. Once printed, entry tickets must be entered into the draw bin.
6. Tsogo Rewards members who are active at Emnotweni will each receive 1 x Free entry tickets per draw date.
7. Tsogo Rewards members who are 50yrs or older, will each receive an additional 3 x free entries per draw date
8. Tsogo Rewards APP members will receive an additional 5 x free entries per draw date
9. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
10. Prizes:
    1. In the order they were selected, the three by prize winners per draw date will each choose one ‘card” to determine their prize.
       1. Highest score wins 1^st prize of R3000
       2. Second highest score wins 2^nd prize of R2000

• Third highest score wins 3^rd prize of R1000

11. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of a manual draw from the casino stage, and winners will be announced via the public address system at the casino. Draw times and dates; and methods to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
12. Participants may only win one prize per draw date. If a winner is drawn more than once, a redraw will be held.
13. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening time for the entry bins will be from 2 hours prior to the draw.
14. A register will be available at Customer Service on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
15. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this register.
16. Prize winners and/or finalists who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Tsogo Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification. Emnotweni may opt to use the relevant gaming system as a method to verify winners once drawn.
17. Should finalists not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the finalists declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw for another finalist will take place;
18. In instances where more than one eligible finalist is not present, due to declining the invitation to be present, random persons from the audience will be selected to act on behalf of these eligible finalists.
19. In instances where only one eligible finalist is not present, the last draw mechanism, door, card, or similar device will be issued to this finalist by default of the other finalists choosing their draw mechanisms, doors, cards or similar devices;
20. Any person who acts on behalf of an eligible finalist shall not be entitled to prizes and/or benefits awarded to the finalist or prize winner he or she acts on behalf of;
21. Persons acting on behalf of eligible finalists must acknowledge that he or she is merely acting on behalf of eligible finalist and that he or she is not entitled to prizes and/benefits awarded to finalists or prize winners.
22. Should prize winners not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winners declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw will take place;
23. Should a prize winner and or finalist who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
24. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
25. The prize winner and or finalist must claim the prize at the casino Customer Service Desk within 15 days of the draw.
26. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
27. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
28. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
29. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
30. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;

X4 Mulitplier –

1. Multiplier for Bonus Play is 4X
2. Only the Member in whose name the Tsogo Rewards Card has been issued or whose name has been used to register on the Tsogo Sun App, is entitled to use the Tsogo Rewards benefits and discounts associated with it.
3. The Bonus Play Multiplier applies to all Tsogo Rewards members who have earned more than 50,000 in REWARDS points when playing at Emnotweni Casino and who have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App before 07:59 at least 3 days prior to the advertised date.
4. The Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables play by 4 (four), for the play sessions that started and ended between 08h00 and 23h59 on each advertised 4x Multiplier date.
5. Only persons 18 years and older are permitted to become a Tsogo Rewards member and download the Tsogo Sun App.
6. The Bonus Play 4xMultiplier is only applicable to Bonus Play on the Tsogo Sun App.
7. Only casino play earned during the advertised period will qualify for the multiplier, within the promotional period specified.
8. Multiplied Bonus Play will show on the Tsogo Sun App once a gaming session is completed.
9. Filled pots can be redeemed for +Play only and cannot be transferred to other players.
10. Filled pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired pots are forfeited.
11. +Play expires after 365 days.
12. The +Play vouchers for tables are redeemable at Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable Chips. Proof of identity & Tsogo Rewards membership card required.
13. The +Play voucher is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
