  1. Only persons 18 years and older are permitted to become a Tsogo Rewards member and download the Tsogo Sun App.
  2. Any person who is under the age of 18 is prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. The discount rate is available to all Tsogo Rewards members who have downloaded the Tsogo Sun App on or before 1 December 2024 at 11:59 pm.
  4. The discount rate is valid for use between 28 November and 01 December 2024.
  5. There may be a 24-hour delay between the time of joining the Tsogo Rewards programme and being able to use the discounted rate.
  6. The discounted rate cannot be combined with Tsogo Rewards tier based benefits, any other discount, voucher, special offer or promotion including but not limited to pensioner discounts.
  7. The discounted rate cannot be sold or transferred.
  8. The discounted rate is valid for bookings made and paid for between 28 November and 01 December 2024.
  9. The discounted rate is valid for stays between 28 November and 31 March 2025.
  10. The discounted rate is valid for standard rooms.
  11. Limited room nights are available for this promotion and are subject to availability.
  12. The discounted rate is applied to the Best Available Rate per standard room, per room night. Surcharges apply to other room types.
  13. This rate includes breakfast.
  14. Up to 2 children under 18 stay and eat breakfast free when sharing with 2 adults in a family room.
  15. Rates are nett and non-commissionable.
  16. Rates are applicable for bookings of up to 4 rooms and are not available for group and conference bookings.
  17. Rates include Value Added Tax but exclude Tourism Levy charge per room, per night.
  18. Tsogo Rewards members can earn and redeem on these rates.
  19. Offer is available to the South African domestic leisure market and SADC countries only.
  20. Check-in time is from 14h00, check-out time is 11h00, early check-in is only available subject to availability.
  21. Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
  22. A minimum length of stay required at hotels.
  23. Standard Tsogo Sun hotels terms and conditions apply.
  24. Gold Reef Theme Park is only operational on a Thursday – Sunday, trading hours vary during school holidays.
  25. A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required at time of reservation.
  26. Reservation date changes are subject to availability.
  27. Rates are subject to peak periods and, as such, may not be available at certain times or over certain dates. All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  28. This promotion excludes bookings at Hotel Perte.
  29. Emerald Hotel is only available for bookings from 15 January 2025.
  30. Emerald River Resort bookings does not include breakfast.
  31. The promotion is not valid during peak periods at selected properties:
    • Emerald River Resort and Emerald Bush Lodges are not available from 13 December 2024 to 04 January 2025. Bookings for Sunday to Thursday only.
    • Palazzo Hotel is not available from 01 December 2024 and 04 January 2025. Bookings for Sunday to Thursday only.
    • Pivot Hotel are not available from 13 – 15 December 2024, and from 25-26 December 2024 and 31 December to 1 January 2025. Bookings for Sunday to Thursday only.
    • Piazza Hotel are not available from 13 – 15 December 2024 and 31 December to 1 January 2025. Bookings for Sunday to Thursday only.
    • Gold Reef City Theme Park and Gold Reef City Casino Hotels are not available from 13 December 2024 to 4 January 2025. 
    • Garden Route Hotel is not available between 12 December and 07 January 2025. Bookings for Sunday to Thursday only.
    • Suncoast Hotel and Towers are not available from 13 December 2024 to 11 January 2025. Bookings for Sunday to Thursday only.
    • Caledon Casino & Spa and Garden Route Hotel are not available from 12 December 2024 to 7 January 2025. Bookings for Sunday to Thursday only.

  2. The 10X Bonus Play Multiplier is only applicable to Bonus Play on the Tsogo Sun App.
  3. The 10X Bonus Play Multiplier applies to all Tsogo Rewards members who have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App before 2 December 2024 07:59 am.
  4. The 10X Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables play by 10, that started and ended within 28 November 08:00 am and 2 December 2024 07:59 am.
  5. Only casino play earned after registering on the Tsogo Sun App will qualify for the multiplier, within the promotional period specified.
  6. Multiplied Bonus Play will show on the Tsogo Sun App once your gaming session is completed.
  7. Filled pots can be redeemed for +Play only and can’t be transferred to other players.
  8. +Play expires after 365 days.
  9. The +Play vouchers for tables are redeemable at Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable Chips. Proof of identity & Tsogo Rewards membership card required.
  10. The +Play voucher is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
  11. Filled pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired pots are forfeited.
