  2. The 4X Bonus Play Multiplier is only applicable to Bonus Play on the Tsogo Sun App.
  3. The 4X Bonus Play Multiplier applies to all Tsogo Rewards members who have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App before 01 November 2024 07:59 am.
  4. The 4X Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables play by 4, that started and ended within 15 October 2024 08:00 am and 01 November 2024 07:59 am.
  5. Only casino play earned after registering on the Tsogo Sun App will qualify for the multiplier, within the promotional period specified.
  6. Multiplied Bonus Play will show on the Tsogo Sun App once your gaming session is completed.
  7. Filled pots can be redeemed for +Play only and can’t be transferred to other players.
  8. +Play expires after 365 days.
  9. The +Play vouchers for tables are redeemable at Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable Chips. Proof of identity & Tsogo Rewards membership card required.
  10. The +Play voucher is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
  11. Filled pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired pots are forfeited.

    5. Discounts apply to the Best Available Rate per standard room, per room night. Surcharges apply to other room types.
    6. Rates include breakfast, excluding Hotel Perte.
    7. Suncoast Hotel and Towers rates are applicable to standard room type only (City Facing).
    8. Bookings at Suncoast Hotel and Towers for Fridays and Saturdays requires a minimum stay of two nights.
    9. Rates are nett and non-commissionable.
    10. Rates are applicable for bookings of up to 4 rooms and are not available for group and conference bookings.
    11. Rates include Value Added Tax but exclude Tourism Levy charge per room, per night.
    12. Tsogo Rewards member can earn and redeem on these rates.
    13. No further Tsogo Rewards programme member discounts will apply.
    14. Offer is available to the South African domestic leisure market and SADC countries only.
    15. Check-in time is from 14h00, check-out time is 11h00, early check-in is only available subject to availability.

    18. Gold Reef Theme Park is only operational on a Thursday – Sunday, trading hours vary during school holidays.
    19. A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required at time of reservation.
    20. Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, there after full cancellation fee will apply.
    21. Reservation date changes are subject to availability.
    22. Rates are subject to peak periods and, as such, may not be available at certain times or over certain dates. All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. 
    23. This promotion excludes bookings at Hotel Perte.
    24. Emerald Hotel is only available for bookings from 15 January 2025.
    25. Emerald River Resort bookings does not include breakfast.
    26. The promotion is not valid during peak periods at selected properties:
      • Emerald River Resort and Emerald Bush Lodges are not available from 20 December 2024 to 11 January 2025
      • Palazzo, Pivot and Piazza Hotel are not available from 13 – 16 December 2024, and from 24 December 2024 to 5 January 2025

  6. This voucher can only be redeemed when purchasing tickets at the Theme Park entrance, Booth 1.
  7. Tickets, prices, show times, hours and days of operations are subject to change without notice.
  8. All facilities are used at own risk and management reserves the right to limit entry into Gold Reef City and/or to evict, without refund, any person, not abiding by the General Rules, Boarding Notices or Park Guides.
  9. Under no circumstances will management or the owners be liable for any losses or damages sustained as a result of injuries, theft or accidents, whatsoever arising, whether occasioned by any person failing to abide by these Rules and Boarding Notices, or by own act or omissions. Any queries must be directed to management who are responsible for the operating and management of Gold Reef City.
  10. If you wish to leave Gold Reef City and return later that day, you can do so without being charged by having your hand stamped at the Main Entrance between 09h30 and 15h45 only. Retain your admission ticket at all times.
  11. Gates at entrance to the Theme Park close at 16h00 – no entry after 16h00. Unfortunately pass out stamps can only be issued between 09h30 and 15h45.
  12. Depending on your personal health status please be advised that Gold Reef City thrill rides can be hazardous to your health. For your safety, some rides and attractions are restricted according to your child’s height and age. No smoking, eating or drinking allowed on the rides
  13. Shoes must be worn in the park at all times.
  14. Performances, operating times, prices, availability of rides and order facilities subject to change without notice or refunds at management’s discretion. When unsafe weather conditions dictate, certain rides, shows and attractions may be closed.
  15. First Aid: for your safety, nurses are on duty during park operating hours.
  16. No firearms or other dangerous objects are allowed into Gold Reef City under any circumstances and offenders will be prosecuted without exception. Management reserves the right to confiscate any such items found.
  17. No offensive behaviour as a result of alcohol or other controlled substance abuse permitted in Gold Reef City.
  18. No pets, skateboards, roller blades, radios or bicycles are allowed into Gold Reef City.
  19. All children 12 years and under are subject to a responsible adult’s supervision.
  20. Guests must be at all times dressed including shoes and shirts, in keeping with the family theme promoted at Gold Reef City.
  21. Guests may not bring their own food or beverages of any kind or form into Gold Reef City.
  22. All signage inside Gold Reef City is in English. If any instruction is unclear, please ask Guest Services for assistance.
