How to enter?
All you need to do to qualify is play your favourite Slots or Tables game with your Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier Tsogo Rewards card to qualify for your draw tickets.
When to print tickets?
Qualifying Montecasino Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier rewards members can enter the draw by printing their entry tickets at any eHost from 08h00 until 20h55 on the draw day and placing them in the draw bin provided.
The manual entry bins will be open at 08h00 and close 5 minutes before the start of the draw.
How do I know if I am a winner?
A manual draw will be used to select five (5) winners from the entry bin.
5 Lucky winners will be selected at each draw.
Draws will take place in the Privé.
The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (i.e. a redraw will take place).

- By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
- Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotions.
- The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
- This promotion is open to Montecasino Ace, King and Queen Rewards Members only who meet the qualifying criteria.
- Qualification criteria for Ace, King and Queen Tiers is an average spend of R5, 000 or total spend of R50, 000 or more in the last six (6) months, with 90% play specifically in the Prive, required for Queen Tier only.
- Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
- Participants must print their entry tickets at the eHost and enter them in the entry bin provided, within the specified times during which the entry bins are open.
- The entry bin for this promotion will open at 8am on draw days and close 5 minutes (20h55) before the start of the draws.
- These manual ticketed draws will take place at 21h00 every Friday during the promotional period, where Five (5) winners will be selected on the below draw dates;
- 03, 10, 17, 24, April 2026
- 01, 08, 15, 22 & 29 May 2026
- 05, 12, 19 & 26 June 2026
- Tickets will be capped and allocated as follows per tier:
- 3x tickets – Ace + 3x Bonus tickets for Tsogo Sun App users
- 2x tickets – King + 2x Bonus tickets for Tsogo Sun App users
- 1x ticket – Queen + 1x Bonus tickets for Tsogo Sun App users
- Prize winners will be selected by way of a manual draw. Draw details will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
- Winners at the draws stand a chance to win a share of R150, 000 in cash.
- A promotional device in the form of an electronic wheel will be used to determine the prize each winner will receives.
- The promotional wheel will have (16) segments, that indicate the 5 prizes to be won.
- The first participant drawn will have the first opportunity to spin the promotional wheel to determine what prize he/she has won. The second participant drawn will then have an opportunity to spin the wheel to determine prize won. This process will continue until all five (5) available prizes on the wheel have been won.
- Should the wheel be spun and stop on prize already won, the winning participant will spin again until wheel stops on an available prize to be won.
- All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk or the VIP Host Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
- Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce a valid receipt and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
- Authorised representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
- Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
- Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
- Misuse or abuse of this offer may result in termination of the offer without notice.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
- Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
