Guests will begin the evening with Die Groot Komunis Vodka paired with a refreshing cranberry, berry and lime-inspired experience, followed by the Original Boereraad Brandy served alongside home-made “roosterkoek” and pizza oven roasted bone marrow with spicy orange and ginger marmalade.

The journey continues with Die Soet Rooinek Cherry Gin and a smoked salmon macaron pairing, before moving on to Die Droe Rooinek Dry Gin paired with citrus glazed pork belly. A rich braised short rib course accompanies Die Warm Rasta Rum, finished with a decadent cherry liqueur-inspired dessert.

End the evening with Die Ou Rooinek Gin, De Vry’s signature barrel-aged sipping gin with a twist.
