The Ultimate Drive

1. By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
2. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion runs from 26 June 2026 to 28 August 2026 and is open exclusively to A&K Tier Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
4. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotion.
5. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
6. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win in a promotional competition
7. LAUNCH DRAW MECHANIC
   • Qualifying Tsogo Rewards members will receive complimentary tickets for the Launch Draw as below tickets allocation.
   • Ace Tier – 400 tickets
   • King Tier – 200 tickets
   • TEEDS electronic system will be used to select (5) winners at each draw.
8. FRIDAY WEEKLY DRAW MECHANIC
   • Tsogo Rewards members must earn a minimum of 25,000 points to qualify for the Friday Weekly Draws taking place in Montecasino’s Prive at 21h00 over promotional earning periods.
   • Qualifying Rewards members will receive 1 draw entry for every 5,000 points earned over earning periods.
   • Draw entries are not capped, participants may earn as many tickets as possible within promotional draw entry earning period.
   • Points earning will be rolled over throughout the promotional period for the weekly draws.
   • TEEDS electronic system will be used to select (5) winners at each draw.
9. A promotional device will be used to determine the prize value each of the five (5) winners will receive.
10. FINAL LEADERBOARD DRAW MECHANIC
    • Tsogo Rewards members needs to earn points playing Slots or Tables at Montecasino from 26 June 2026 at 08h00 until 27 August 2026 at 07:59:59 to earn their spot on the leaderboard.
    • The top 200 points earners on the leaderboard will qualify for the Final draw on Friday, 28 August.
    • Players must qualify for each leaderboard independently. Points earned on the Slots leaderboard and the Tables leaderboard will not be combined, and no aggregation of points between the two leaderboards will be permitted.
    • Two separate leaderboards will be displayed throughout the promotion period: for Slots and for Tables point earners.
    • The Slots Leaderboard will display the top 100 players based on points earned.
    • The Tables Leaderboard will display the top 100 players based on points earned.
    • The number of tickets allocated to each qualifying participant will be based on their final position on the applicable leaderboard, as determined by the points earned during the points earning period from 26 June 2026 at 08h00 to 27 August 2026 at 07:59:59
    • The draw will be conducted on Friday, 28 August 2026 at 22h00 in the Prive.
    • The car draw will only be for the qualifiers that secure the top position (Guaranteed Car Draw Finalist) ticket on the respective Slots & Tables leaderboards.
      • A promotional device will be used to determine the prize each of Car Draw Finalist receive.
      • The Guaranteed Car Draw Finalist with the highest number of points achieved in their respective leaderboards will have the first opportunity to choose a promotional device to determine what prize he/she has won.
    • The TEEDS electronic system will be used to randomly select three (3) winners for the cash prizes 3^rd – 5^th to be won:
      • 1x winner will be selected from the Slots draw bin
      • 1x winner will be selected from the Tables draw bin
      • 1x winner will be selected from the combined Slots & Tables draw bin
      • A promotional device will be used to determine the prize value each of the three (3) winners will receive.
    • The final draw will be conducted as a non-attendance draw. Participants are not required to be present, provided they have activated their draw tickets
11. All draws are non-attendance draws; however, selected cash prize winners (for Launch and Friday Weekly draws Only) who are physically present at the draw at the time of selection may qualify for an attendance bonus of up to 150% of the original prize value.
12. Should a winner not be present at the time of selecting a promotional device, a nominee will be appointed to act on the winner’s behalf. The nominee will be required to select a random number, which will be applied to the reveal mechanism to determine the promotional prize.
13. The randomly selected patron assisting on behalf of the non-attending winner shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the non-attending winner they represent.
14. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
15. All qualifying Patrons for the Draws will be required to activate their entries by printing their receipts via the eHost or on the Tsogo Sun App to be eligible for a Prize. Draw registration via the Mobile App requires that the Patron is Active (Card in Slot Machine or Active on a Tables Game) in order for the Mobile App to permit entry registration.
16. The entry bin for this promotion will open at 18h00 on the draw days and close 5 minutes before the start of the draw.
17. The first participant drawn will have the first opportunity to choose the promotional device to determine what prize he/she has won. The second participant drawn will then have an opportunity to choose to determine prize won. This process will continue until all five (5) available prizes has been won during the Launch and Friday Weekly draws.
18. Present winners may qualify for an attendance bonus. A ten (10) segment promotional device containing hidden bonus percentages will be used, and eligible winners will get opportunity to select a device, in the order of their tickets drawn to determine the attendance bonus percentage awarded.
19. The attendance bonus percentages available during the draw are as follows:

19.1. 25% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.

19.2. 50% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.

19.3. 100% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.

19.4. 150% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.

20. All participants can only win once per promotional draw day.
21. Participants shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, to qualify for the qualify for an attendance bonus.
22. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner, within 15 days from the date of the promotional activation from the casino where the prize(s) were won or the date on which Montecasino first initiates contact with a non-attending draw winner.
23. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
24. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
25. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a promotional activation date/s.
26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
27. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
28. Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
29. Draw times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
