How To Qualify?

- By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
- The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
- This promotion runs from 04 September 2026 to 25 September 2026 and is open exclusively to Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
- Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotion.
- Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
- A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win in a promotional competition.
- To qualify for this promotional activation in Prive, all Tsogo Rewards members must actively be play any slots/tables games within the specific activation time periods.
- Entry Mechanic
- SLOTS LUCKY TIME REWARDS
- Prive slots players must be actively playing on any slots machine in the Prive between 20h45 – 21h45 and 22h30 – 23h30 to qualify.
- Prive slots players may win more than once on activation days.
- A total of thirty (30) winners will be selected over the activation period.
- The Slots Lucky Time system will randomly select one (1) winner every five (5) minutes in the Prive during the activation period.
- Participating players are not required to have a winning combination on the slots machine to qualify.
- Each selected winner will receive a R3 000 prize, which will be loaded directly onto the Tsogo Rewards card ion the selected slots machine.
- M/C will announce only the winning slots machine number during the activation.
- A pop-up message will be displayed on the winning slots machine screen when it is randomly selected by the Lucky Time System.
- TABLES BONUS REWARDS
- Bonus Rewards are exclusive to Rewards Members actively playing any Tables game in the Prive on activation days between 20h45 – 21h45 and 22h30 – 22h30.
- The Random Active Player Selector (RAPS) application will be used to randomly select a winner with an bet during the activation period
- Players do not need a winning hand to qualify, as prizes are allocated randomly via the RAPS application.
- To qualify, Rewards members must earn a minimum of 200 points on activation days during the activation period.
- Bonus prizes will be awarded directly to selected winners at the table during the activation period.
- A total of twelve (12) winners will be selected over the activation period, each winning a R5 000 prizes.
- The Random Active Player Selector (RAPS) will randomly select one (1) winner every ten (10) minutes in Prive during the activation period.
- SLOTS LUCKY TIME REWARDS
- Prive activation days and time:
- Slots: Friday, 04,11, 18 and 25 September 2026 at (Session 1: 20h45 – 21h45) and (Session 2: 22h30 – 23h30)
- Tables: Friday, 04,11, 18 and 25 September 2026 at (Session 1: 20h45 – 21h45) and (Session 2: 22h30 – 23h30)
- Players do not need a winning combination (Slots) or hand (Tables) as prizes winners are selected randomly via the promotional devices randomly selecting winners.
- Prize winners must present themselves in person at the place of the winner announcement within 90 seconds from the time the prize winner is determined, alternatively if such prize winner is actively engaged in gambling activity in the casino, subject to the use of a Rewards card, the prizes will be handed over to those prize winners at the respective gaming device.
- Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the promotional activation device used winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.
- In the event that the eligible prize winner is no longer at the gaming device when the promotions crew arrive or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS or Lucky Time system, a re-selection will be conducted.
- Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), within 15 days from the date of the draw/activation from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
- Draw times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion
