9 AT A TIME: Ticket/s Printing

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion is exclusive to Blackrock Rewards Cardholders.
4. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
5. The prize winner must claim the prize at the Blackrock Customer Service Desk within 15 days of the draw.
6. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
7. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
8. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
9. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
10. Bonus draw entries for must be activated at the ehost machines.
11. Earned tickets are only valid for the weekly draws. Points earned in one period or weekly cycle will not be carried over to the following week.
12. All draw tickets issued will be available at the eHost from 09h00 on draw days
13. Rewards cardholders will be required to visit and play 7 days prior to the next draw date to earn a draw entry.
14. Rewards cardholders will be required to earn a minimum of 50 points to qualify for 1X entry. Tickets earned will be capped to 10 maximum per cardholder
15. A maximum of 10 entries may be entered per person per session
16. Qualifiers will choose their 9 specific numbers using the ehost, and the selection of numbers will be based on the number of ticket/s a patron has qualified for. For instance, if a patron has qualified for 2X tickets they will do the selection of 9 numbers twice (for the first and second ticket)
17. Qualifying guests must swipe their rewards cardholders at the eHost every draw date specifically to draw dates in order to print their tickets.
18. The Jackpot prize for every session will start at a base value of R10 000 Cash.
19. It is the participant’s responsibility to note the numbers selected and called out by the Marketing representative

1. This will be verified by a marketing host, and if all 9 numbers match, the patron will be declared a winner.
2. If no patron matches all 9 numbers by the 16^th number called out, numbers will be called out for a consolation prize of R500.
3. If more than one person has all 9 numbers on their ticket, the Jackpot or consolation prize will be shared equally amongst winners.

23. Draw times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition. Neither the images depicted in advertisements nor the exhibits physically displayed onsite are actual prizes unless it is otherwise indicated by the casino.
24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

1. The 9 at a Time promotion will take place every Wednesday from 1PM – 2PM, every Thursday from 7PM – 8PM and every Saturday from 4PM – 5PM
2. Participants can redeem their tickets from the ehost
3. Tickets redemption times will be as below:

• Wednesday Sessions:

• Ticket printing: Session 1 – 09h00 to 12h45

• Thursday Sessions:
  • Ticket printing: Session 1 – 09h00 to 18h45

• Saturday Sessions:
  • Ticket printing: Session 1 – 09h00 to 15h45

1. Participants must keep their tickets safely until draw times for verification purposes.
2. The verification section on the ticket must be completed accurately and in full by security personnel.
3. Participants are required to choose 9 numbers from 0 to 36 on the ehost, which will show on their session ticket.
4. A random number selector will be used as the mechanism for the random number selection.
5. Up to 16 numbers will be randomly selected using a random number selector mechanism.
6. Patrons must come to the stage if they have all 9 numbers.
7. This will be verified by a marketing host, and if all 9 numbers match, the patron will be declared a winner, and will win the Progressive Jackpot prize in cash.
8. If more than one person has all 9 numbers on their ticket, the Jackpot will be shared equally and rounded off to the nearest whole number.
9. If no participant matches all 9 numbers on the 16^th number called, numbers will be drawn for a consolation prize of R500.
10. The 17^th – 36^th number will be called for a consolation prize.
11. The progressive jackpot will start at R10 000 and increase by R500 in each session that it is not won.
12. Once the Jackpot is won, the prize amount will start again from R10 000.
13. If more than one participant wins a 9 AT A TIME simultaneously, the prize money will be shared equally amongst the winners. If more than one participant wins the consolation prize, the prize money will be shared equally amongst the winners.

Bonus Draw:

1. A bonus draw will take place after every main draw.
2. Draw times will be as follows:

Wednesday Bonus Draw: 2PM

Thursday Bonus Draw: 8PM

Saturday Bonus Draw: 5PM

3. Patrons who wish to enter the bonus draw will present all their tickets at the Tsogo Rewards Desk
4. All tickets must be submitted by 15 minutes to draw time
5. Patrons will submit draw tickets into a box at the Customer Service Desk
6. Security personnel will choose one ticket from the box
7. The selected patron will have 90 seconds to present themselves at the stage
8. Once verified, the patron will win R500 in cash – redeemable at the Tsogo Rewards Desk.
