1. By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
2. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
3. The promotional competition is exclusive to Montecasino Tsogo Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion will run from Wednesday, 07 October 2026, until Friday, 11 December 2026, and is open to all qualifying Tsogo Rewards members who meet the minimum qualifying criteria.
5. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
6. All qualifying Patrons for the Friday, weekly draws will be required to activate their entries by printing their receipts via the eHost or on the Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the draw entry bins are open to be eligible for a Prize. Draw registration via the Mobile App requires that the Patron is Active (Card in Slot Machine or Active on a Tables Game) in order for the Mobile App to permit entry registration.
7. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
8. FRIDAY WEEKLY CASH DRAW

8.1. The Friday Weekly Draws will be electronic draws conducted via the TEEDS system at 21h00 every Friday during the promotional period. Five (5) winners will be selected on each of the following dates:

• Draw is exclusively to A, K & Q [Q-tiers must have 90% Prive play] Tier Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
• Tsogo Rewards members must earn a minimum of 5,000 points to qualify for the Friday Weekly Draws taking place in Montecasino’s Prive over promotional earning periods.
• Qualifying Tsogo Rewards members will receive one (1) draw entry for every 5,000 points earned during the promotional earning period while playing slots and/or tables at Montecasino using their Tsogo Rewards cards.
• Draw entries are not capped, participants may earn as many tickets as possible within promotional draw earning period.
• Points earning will be rolled over throughout the promotional period for the Friday weekly draws.
• The entry bin for this promotion will open at 18h00 on the draw days and close five (5) minutes before the start of the actual draw.
• A promotional device will be used to determine the prize value to be awarded to each of the five (5) selected winners.
• Each selected draw winner will get an opportunity choose a promotional device that will determine their prize won.
• The draw is a non-attendance draw, provided that qualifiers have activated their draw tickets themselves via the Tsogo Sun App/eHost. However, selected cash prize winners who are physically present at the draw at the time of selection may qualify for an attendance bonus of up to 150% of the original prize value.
• Draw qualifiers are required to be physically present at Montecasino to print/activate their own draw tickets during the designated draw bin opening times. Draw qualifiers may not request or authorise another patron to print draw tickets on their behalf. Should a draw qualifier be selected as a winner and it is established that (i) no gaming activity was recorded on the qualifier’s Tsogo Rewards card on the day of the relevant draw, and (ii) another patron printed the draw tickets on the qualifier’s behalf, the qualifier will be disqualified and forfeit any entitlement to the cash prize. Management reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements and to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these promotional terms and conditions.
• Should a winner not be present at the time of selecting a promotional device, a nominee will be appointed to act on the winner’s behalf. The nominee will be required to select a random number, which will be applied to the reveal mechanism to determine the promotional prize.
• The randomly selected patron assisting on behalf of the non-attending winner shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the non-attending winner they represent.
• The first participant drawn will have the first opportunity to choose the promotional device to determine what prize he/she has won. The second participant drawn will then have an opportunity to choose to determine prize won. This process will continue until all five (5) available prizes has been won during the Friday Weekly draws.
• Present winners may qualify for an attendance bonus. A ten (10) segment promotional device containing hidden bonus percentages will be used, and eligible winners will get opportunity to select a device, in the order of their tickets drawn to determine the attendance bonus percentage awarded.

• The attendance bonus percentages available during the draw are as follows:
  • 25% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.
  • 50% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.
  • 100% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.
  • 150% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.
• All participants can only win once per promotional draw day.
• Participants shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, to qualify for an attendance bonus.

9. GRANDE FINAL DRAW

9.1. The Grande Final Draw will be a manual ticketed draw which will take place at 22h00 on the Friday, 11 December 2026 where five (5) winners will be selected.

• Tsogo Rewards members had to earn a minimum of 200,000 points playing with their Tsogo Rewards card at Montecasino to qualify for the Grande Final draw from 07 October 2026 at 08h00 until 11 December 2026 at 07:59:59.
• Points earning is combined; therefore, participants can add their Slots points and Tables points together to achieve the required entry points.
• Montecasino Rewards members are not authorised to give their card to another individual to earn points on their behalf. In the event of this happening, the offender may be disqualified from this promotion and/or any promotions taking place within the same period.
• Draw entries will be capped, as per ticket allocation breakdown.
• The top five (5) points earners on the leaderboard, will qualify for bonus draw tickets as per bonus ticket allocation.
• The entry bin for this promotion will open at 18h00 on the final draw day and close 5 minutes before the start of the actual draw.

10. All Participants are required to be present at the Grande Final draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize, provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Tsogo Rewards / Prive Service Desk.
11. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 18h00 until 5 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
12. Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
13. Should participants or their duly authorised representatives fail to present themselves within 90 seconds of the announcement, or fail to produce a valid entry ticket, a redraw will take place.
14. Authorised representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
15. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of a cash prize letter redeemable at any Cash Desk.
16. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
17. Prizes must be collected and signed by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Montecasino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
18. Draw details will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
20. Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants.
21. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
22. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
