1. By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
2. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion runs from 20 October 2026 to 19 December 2026 and is open exclusively to Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
4. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotion.
5. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
6. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win in a promotional competition.
7. LAUNCH DRAW MECHANIC
   • Draw on Saturday, 07 November 2026 at 21h00.
   • Participants must play Slots and/or Tables using their Tsogo Rewards cards at Montecasino to earn points for draw tickets from 20 October – 07 November.
   • Points earning per draw entry are set out below:

• All (excluding 10 tier) tiers must earn 5,000pts per draw entry
  • Draw entries are not capped. Participants may earn as many tickets as possible during the promotional draw earning period; however, they can only win once per draw.
  • Tsogo Rewards members also qualify for complimentary draw tickets by playing Slots and/or Tables using their Tsogo Rewards card at Montecasino the past three (3) month period from 1 August – 31 October 2026.
  • Complimentary draw ticket will be allocated as per the below breakdown.
• 800 Tickets = A Tier
• 600 Tickets = K Tier
• 400 Tickets = Q Tier
• 200 Ticket = J Tier
  • The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select five (5) winners at each draw.
  • The draw entry bins will open at 17h00 for draws at 9pm and close 5 minutes before the start of the actual draw.
  • The draw is a non-attendance draw, provided that qualifiers have activated their draw tickets themselves via the Tsogo Sun App/eHost. However, selected cash prize winners who are physically present at the draw at the time of selection may qualify for an attendance bonus of up to 150% of the original prize value.
  • The attendance bonus percentages available during the draw are as follows:
    • 25% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.
    • 50% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.
    • 100% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.
    • 150% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.
  • All participants can only win once per promotional draw day.
  • Participants shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, to qualify for an attendance bonus.
  • Draw qualifiers are required to physically be present at Montecasino and print their own draw tickets during the draw bin opening times. Should a draw qualifier arrange for another patron to print draw tickets on their behalf, and the qualifier is selected as a winner during the draw, the qualifier will be disqualified and will forfeit the cash prize.

8. ALL TIER BONUS JACKPOTS ENTRY MECHANIC
   • A Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application will be used to select Bonussing winners between 16h00 –18h00, 19h00 – 21h00 on promotion activation days, who have qualified at a particular Slot machine or Table game.
   • Bonus Jackpots are exclusive to Rewards Members actively playing Slots and Tables on the main and smoking casino floors only.
   • R85, 000 in CASH will be shared by Bonus Jackpot winners on activation days below:
   • Saturday 07, 14 and 21 November between 16h00 – 21h00
   • Saturday 05 and 12 December between 16h00 – 21h00
   • On activation days, up to 90 random winners will be selected across both Slots and Tables games for the Bonus Jackpot.
   • All qualifying participants who are Tsogo Sun App users will be allocated bonus draw tickets as per all per Rewards Tier status.
   • J|Q & A|K Tier that’s actively gaming during the Bonus Jackpot activation times (between 16h00 –18h00, 19h00 – 21h00) excluding 10 tiers will earn Bonus draw entries into the month end cash & car draws only taking place on 28 November and 19 December 2026.

Bonus entries Rewards Tier status allocated as follow:

• J-Tiers earn = 1 Bonus entries | Q-Tiers earn = 2 Bonus entries | K-Tiers earn = 3 Bonus entries | A-Tiers earn = 4 Bonus entries.
  • The minimum criteria on bonusing activation days are 200 points to be earned during each activation session for all Rewards members actively gaming on activation days.
  • Players do not need a winning combination (Slots) or hand (Tables) as prizes are allocated randomly via the Random Active Player Selector app.
  • Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.
  • Each random winner will be presented with a reveal device, each device will contain a prize, indicating a cash value.
  • After the winner has selected his/her choice, the prize insert is revealed by the winner and is swopped out for the cash value, by the promotion’s representative.
  • In the event that the eligible prize winner is no longer at the gaming device when the promotions crew arrive, an announcement will be made for that prize winner to present himself or herself at the place of draw within 90 seconds from the time of the announcement. If he or she is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection of potential winners will be conducted.

9. TIER SPECIFIC MONTH END CAR AND CASH DRAWS (excluding 10-Tier members in draws)
   • Tier specific month end car & cash draw exclusive to J, Q, K&A Rewards members will take place on 28 November and 19 December 2026 at 20h00 & 21h00
   • Participants must play Slots and/or Tables using their Tsogo Rewards cards at Montecasino to earn points for draw tickets. Points earning per draw entry are set out below:
     • Q&J tiers must earn 2,000pts per draw entry
     • A&K tiers must earn 10 000pts per draw entry
   • The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select five (5) winners at each draw.
   • Draw entries are not capped, participants may earn as many tickets as possible within promotional draw entry earning period.
   • Points earning will be rolled over throughout the promotional period.
   • Regular Draw Dates & Times | Points Earning Period

• All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize, provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Tsogo Rewards / Prive Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 17h00 until 5 minutes prior to the start of each draw.

9.10. Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.

9.11. Should participants or their duly authorised representatives fail to present themselves within 90 seconds of the announcement, or fail to produce a valid entry ticket, a redraw will take place.

9.12. Authorised representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.

9.13. One (1) of the 4 (car draw winners) will win one of the four vehicles on offer.  Should the car winner choose to decline the grand prize of a vehicle won, the car winner will be required to negotiate a buy-back option directly with the dealership representative and provide the dealership with the necessary documentation to proceed with the transaction.

10. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the promotional activation from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
11. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
12. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
13. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a promotional activation date/s.
14. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
16. Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
17. Draw times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
