  1. The competition is open to South African citizens only.
  2. No persons under 18 years may enter this competition.
  3. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Tsogo Sun Gaming or its marketing service providers, or their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
  4. Participants may enter the competition draw by signing up to Tsogo Rewards and downloading the Tsogo Sun App. Participants are automatically entered into the draw once these steps are completed.
  5. Tsogo Sun is committed to protecting your privacy. By entering this competition, you agree to our data practices as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  6. A maximum of 1 individual entry per person is permitted.
  7. The competition closes on 15 March 2026 at 23:59. Participants must complete their entry before the closing date.
  8. The prize winner will be selected by way of a random draw on 16 March 2026 at Tsogo Sun Head Office, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The winner does not need to be present and will be contacted via direct message. A social media post on the Tsogo Sun social media page will also be published on the day of the draw.
  9. Only 8 winners will be selected per double-ticket prize, from the combined entries collected.
  10. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  11. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner.
  12. Winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 48 hours of being contacted.
  13. If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of the notification within 48 hours, a new winner may be drawn and contacted.
  14. Tickets will be sent electronically.
  15. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  16. The prize is for 2 people only (double tickets).
  17. The prize excludes transport to and from LIV Golf SA event venue.
  18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
  19. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  20. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death suffered by the prize winner or any of their invitees as a result of taking up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury, or death.
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
  22. The above clauses are severable. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by law, it will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
