Bonus Play 5X Multiplier

Multiplier for Bonus Play is 5X
Only the Member in whose name the Tsogo Rewards Card has been issued or whose name has been used to register on the Tsogo Sun App, is entitled to use the Tsogo Rewards benefits and discounts associated with it.
The Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables play by 5, for the play sessions that started and ended between 08:00 and 23:59 on 4 April 2026.
Only persons 18 years and older are permitted to become a Tsogo Rewards member and download the Tsogo Sun App.
The Bonus Play Multiplier is only applicable to Bonus Play on the Tsogo Sun App.
Only casino play earned after registering on the Tsogo Sun App will qualify for the multiplier, within the promotional period specified.
Multiplied Bonus Play will show on the Tsogo Sun App once your gaming session is completed.
Filled pots can be redeemed for +Play only and can’t be transferred to other players.
Filled pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired pots are forfeited
+Play expires after 365 days.
The +Play vouchers for tables are redeemable at Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable Chips. Proof of identity & Tsogo Rewards membership card required.
The +Play voucher is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.

Eligible patrons will receive a drink voucher which allows them for a complimentary glass of any Van Loveren wine subject to availability on the casino floor.
Vouchers may be used for: One glass of any Van Loveren wine only available at the casino floor.
Redeemable at gaming floor bars only (not restaurants) until 23:59.
No change will be given. And may not be exchanged for cash.
Each voucher is redeemable in a single transaction only.

Movies for a Year Draw Terms & Conditions

The competition is open to active Tsogo Rewards members aged 18 years or older.
To qualify, members must:
Be a registered Tsogo Rewards member
Have an active Tsogo Sun App profile
Purchase and watch a movie at participating movies@ cinemas on Tsogo Rewards Day, 4 April 2026.
Participating movies@ cinemas are: Montecasino, Gold Reef City, Silverstar, The Ridge and Hemingways.
Entry into the draw is automatic upon meeting the above criteria.
The competition is valid only on Tsogo Rewards Day: 4 April 2026.
The prize consists of “Movies for a Year”, defined as:
Two (2) standard 2D movie tickets per month
Issued monthly for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, starting April 2026
Tickets will be issued monthly via the Tsogo Sun App to the winner’s profile.
Each set of monthly tickets:
Is valid for 30 days from date of issue
Will expire if not used within the validity period
Cannot be rolled over or accumulated
Tickets are:
Non-transferable
Not exchangeable for cash or any other benefit
Valid only for standard 2D movie screenings at participating movies@ cinemas
The prize is limited to one (1) winner.
The winner will be selected via a random draw after Tsogo Rewards Day and will be contacted using the details linked to their Tsogo Rewards profile.
If the winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period, Tsogo Sun reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Tsogo Sun reserves the right to verify eligibility of all participants.
Tsogo Sun reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time, if required.
