Bonus Play 5X Multiplier

Multiplier for Bonus Play is 5X.
Only the Member in whose name the Tsogo Rewards Card has been issued or whose name has been used to register on the Tsogo Sun app, is entitled to use the Tsogo Rewards benefits and discounts associated with it.
The Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables play by 5, for the play sessions that started and ended between 08:00 and 23:59 on 5 July 2025.
Only persons 18 years and older are permitted to become a Tsogo Rewards member and download the Tsogo Sun app.
The Bonus Play Multiplier is only applicable to Bonus Play on the Tsogo Sun app.
Only casino play earned after registering on the Tsogo Sun app will qualify for the multiplier, within the promotional period specified.
Multiplied Bonus Play will show on the Tsogo Sun app once your gaming session is completed.
Filled pots can be redeemed for +Play only and can’t be transferred to other players.
Filled pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired pots are forfeited.
+Play expires after 365 days.
The +Play vouchers for tables are redeemable at Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable Chips. Proof of identity & Tsogo Rewards membership card required.
The +Play voucher is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
Misuse or abuse of this offer may result in termination of the offer without notice.

Rewards Day 50% Casino Floor food Discount

The 50% discount applies to the food items at all casino delis, kiosks and trolley or food stands (excludes beverages and snacks) for Tsogo Rewards members with the Tsogo Sun app.
The discount can be redeemed on Tsogo Rewards Day, 5 July 2025, from 11:00 to 17:00 only.
This promotion is subject to product/items available at the time of the promotion.
Tsogo Rewards members must present their app Tsogo ID 88** number at the point of transaction to obtain the discount.
This offer can be redeemed more than once by the Tsogo Rewards member as long as they present their app Tsogo ID 88** number for each transaction.
The 50% discount is valid at participating properties on Tsogo Rewards Day. Marco Polo is excluded from this promotion.

Rewards Day 30% Dining Discount

The discount applies to food only, beverages excluded for the Tsogo Rewards member up to a maximum of R1000.
The voucher will be available for all Tsogo Sun members to claim under Offers only on Saturday 5 July 2025.
Members must claim the voucher and receive an OTP. This OTP can be presented at the restaurant to claim their 30% discount.
The discount voucher is only valid for use from Saturday, 5 July 2025 to 12 July 2025, 22:00 as per the restaurant’s trading hours, and may exclude special celebrations and public holidays as per the outlet’s discretion.
The voucher may only be used once at any Tsogo Sun owned out within the duration of the promotion.
Bookings are essential.

The 30% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing promotion or discounts, e.g. pensioner discounts etc.
The discount can be redeemed up until 22:00 on Saturday 12 July 2025. Any bills after this time will not be eligible for the offer.
The dining discount applies to all Tsogo Rewards members who have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun app before 07:59 on Saturday 5 July 2025.
To redeem the offer, the customer must select Offers and Claim Offer on their Tsogo Sun app and provide the pin generated to the restaurant staff at point of sale.
Participating restaurants are Tsogo Sun owned outlets at casino and hotels excluding Marco Polo.
