Unlock the Bonus

Once you have earned and redeemed 10 or more Milestones within the same calendar month, you’ll receive a Bonus Milestone reward. Continue playing to complete the remaining Milestones available for the month.

Eligibility

Milestone rewards are available exclusively to selected Queen, Jack & 10 Tier Rewards members. Participation is by invitation only and subject to discretion.

Milestone Structure

Eligible members may receive up to 20 personalised Milestones during each calendar month. Milestones are customised for each participating member and may vary from one member to another.

Bonus Milestone

Eligible members who earn and successfully redeemed 10 or more Milestones within the same calendar month will qualify for one Bonus Milestone reward.

Only one Bonus Milestone may be awarded per member per calendar month.

Reward Validity

• Standard Milestone rewards are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Bonus Milestone rewards are valid for 3 days from the date of issue.
• Rewards not redeemed before expiry will automatically lapse and will not be replaced or extended.

Reward Redemption

Rewards:

• must be redeemed by the qualifying Rewards member.
• are non-transferable.
• may not be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit.

Communications

Members may receive Milestone notifications via SMS and/or the Tsogo Sun App, linked to their Rewards profile.

General

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions together with the Tsogo Rewards Programme Rules.

The campaign is open only to persons 18 years or older who are legally permitted to participate in gambling activities in South Africa.
