Unlock the Bonus
Complete and redeem all 10 Milestones within a month to receive a bonus Milestone reward.

  1. Eligibility
    The Milestones programme is available exclusively to selected Queen, Jack, and 10 Tier Rewards cardholders. Participation is by invitation only and subject to the discretion.
  2. Milestone Structure
    Eligible members may earn up to ten (10) Milestones per calendar month. Each Milestone is achieved upon meeting the specified criteria.
  3. Bonus Milestone
    Upon achievement and redemption of all ten (10) Milestones within a calendar month, a bonus (11th) Milestone will be awarded.
  4. Reward Validity
    • Standard Milestone rewards are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue.
    • The bonus Milestone reward is valid for three (3) days from the date of issue.
    • Expired rewards will not be reissued or extended.
  5. Redemption
    Rewards must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of issue. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  6. Personalisation
    Milestones are individually tailored and may vary between selected rewards members.
  7. General
    Participation in the Milestones campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the standard Rewards programme rules.
  8. Amendments and Termination
    The Milestones campaign may be amended or discontinued, in whole or in part, from time to time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Where reasonably possible, prior notice of material changes will be provided.
