Emnotweni – Tables Points Chase

Rules: Tables Points Chase – 25 May to 5 July 2026
General
1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this activation.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this activation.
3. This Activation is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This CRM campaign is open to qualifying Tsogo Rewards members playing Tables at Emnotweni Casino only.
5. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
6. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
7. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
8. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
9. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
10. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;

Draws on 5, 15 & 25 Jun 2026 at 21h00

Rules: Electronic ticket draws – “Without tickets”. Rule Set A: Prizes awarded at place of draw

This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
15. Only points earned whilst playing Tables games at Emnotweni Casino (All floors) will count towards this Leaderboard.
16. Patrons who accumulate points using other patron’s Rewards cards may be disqualified.
17. Participants earn entries by their position on the respective Tables Points Chase Leaderboard taking place from 25 May 2026.
18. Ticket allocation per draw will be based on a players’ position on the leaderboard:
a. Position 1 to 10 as at end of gaming days of 4, 14 and 24 Jun 2026 will get 250 tickets
b. Position 11 to 20 as at end of gaming days of 4, 14 and 24 Jun 2026 will get 150 tickets
c. Position 20 downwards as at end of gaming day of 4, 14 and 24 Jun 2026 will get 50 tickets
19. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
20. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw conducted at the Casino stage. And the overhead PA system will used to call winning ticket detail.
21. Draw times and dates (5, 15 and 25 Jun at 21h00); and qualifying criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
22. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open which will be two hours prior to the draw/s taking place. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
23. A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Customer Services Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
24. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
25. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification. The casino Gaming Management System (GMS) may also be used for verification of a player.
26. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
27. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.

29. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.

Top Up awards Tables Points Chase
36. Only points earned whilst playing Tables games at Emnotweni Casino (All floors) will count towards this Leaderboard.
37. The earning period will start on 25 May 2026 at 11h00 and end at close of business on gaming date 5 July 2026.
38. The top 10 patrons at the end of the earning period will receive a percentage of the points earned back in Tables +play (rounded to the nearest 100) as follows:
a. Position 1 to 3 – 10% (I.e. if 299 915 points is earned – R29,900 in +Play value will be rewarded)
b. Position 4 to 10 – 5% (I.e. if 90 528 points is earned – R4,500 in +Play value will be rewarded)
c. Players that qualifies in positions 1 to 10 and is awarded with +Play will be awarded with +Play which can be claimed using the Tsogo Sun APP or ehosts at the casino floors.
39. All Rewards will be available to be claimed from 15h00 on 6 July until 23h59 on 20 July 2026.
40. All calculated decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
41. Any person transgressing the rules of this activation will be disqualified.
