Emnotweni – Winter Warmer Draws

Promotional Rules:  Winter Warmer DRAW

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is exclusive to qualifying Tsogo Rewards members only (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. Draws will be done in three parts:
   • On 1 & 15 Aug,
     • Qualifying Tsogo Rewards members who earned 25 000 or more points at Emnotweni between 1 May and 15 Aug 2026 will each get 3 x entry tickets which can be printed at any ehost between 19h00 and 21h00.
     • Guests should enter their tickets into the entry bin provided in the Prive.
     • A draw will take place in the Prive at 21h00, where four winners will be selected
       • Two winners will receive R2500 +Play
       • Two winners will receive R5000 cash
     • On 29 Aug,
       • Qualifying Tsogo Rewards members who earned 25 000 or more points at Emnotweni between 1 May and 29 Aug 2026 will each get 3 x entry tickets which can be printed at any ehost between 19h00 and 21h00.
       • Guests should enter their tickets into the entry bin provided in the Prive.
       • A draw will take place in the Prive at 21h00, where two winners will be selected
       • Players whose tickets have been entered, do not need to be present for the draw.
       • A draw will take place in the Prive at 21h00, where 5 winners will be selected.

1^st: R10,000 cash

2^nd and 3^rd each: R5000 cash

4^th and 5^th each: R2500 +Play

4. Prize Winner will be selected by way of a Manual draw at Emnotweni Prive at 21:00 on advertised draw nights, with an independent auditor present to oversee the draw process
5. Winners will be announced via the in-house microphone system.
6. Draw entry tickets cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
7. Draw times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition. Neither the images depicted in advertisements nor the exhibits physically displayed onsite are actual prizes unless it is otherwise indicated by the casino.
8. Participants can only be selected/win once per draw.
9. A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Customer Services Desk on each advertised draw date for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day. (Proxy nominated)
10. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
11. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Emnotweni Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification. Emnotweni gaming system (GMS) may be used as a way to assist in identifying a person.
12. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
13. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
14. Prizes are not transferrable and +Play prizes cannot be exchanged for CASH unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
15. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
16. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
