- This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
- This promotion is exclusive to Tsogo Rewards members and will run from 27 June 2026 to 31 October 2026. Electronic Draws will be held on 4, 11, 18, 25 July, 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 August, 5, 12, 19, 26 September, 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 Oct 2026.
- A process of declination to be present at a Draw will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk for the period between the opening and closing times of ticket activation before the actual Draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that Draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
- Participants must register to decline to be present at Draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process
- Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Garden Route Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner, and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
- Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the Draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the Draw, claim the prize.
- Tsogo Rewards members will receive Free Draw Tickets. The allocation per tier is as follows (for all draws in this promotion): Ace = 50, King = 40, Queen = 30, Jack = 20, 10-Tier = 10 for each of the draws.
- Tsogo Rewards members who have downloaded the Tsogo Mobile App will receive 10 additional App tickets for each of the draws.
- Tsogo Rewards members will receive 10 additional tickets for every gaming visit over the promotional draw earning period.
- Participants can earn additional draw ticket/s by playing Slots and/or Tables. Ticket earning criteria are as follows: 100 points per ticket for the Afternoon and Early Bird Draws, 250 points per ticket for the Main Draws, and 500 points per ticket for the Final draw. Tickets earned will be UNCAPPED.
- Tickets are earned during specified periods as set out in the table below, with ticket printing only from 09:00 on the days of the draws, up to 15 minutes before each draw.

- Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
- Tickets can be activated on either the eHost or the Tsogo Mobile App for all the draws. To activate ticket/s on the Tsogo Mobile App, members need to have their Tsogo Rewards cards active on either a slot machine or on Tables.
- Ticket receipts for tickets activated through the Tsogo Mobile App will be found under “Profile>My Draw Tickets” on the Tsogo Mobile App. No physical receipt will be printed for Tsogo Mobile App ticket activations

- One of the eight available Grand Prize Boxes will have a BONUS BIKE DECAL, allowing the participant to choose one of ten BONUS BIKE boxes.
- Nine BONUS BIKE boxes with red balls, and one BONUS BIKE box with a green ball, will be provisioned for.
- Should the participant select a BONUS BIKE box with a red ball, the participant will keep their original prize displayed in the Grand Prize Box. Should the participant select a BONUS BIKE box with a green ball, they will receive a Big Boy Mustang prize, which will replace their original prize from the Cash Grand Prize Box.
- Once the Bonus Bike Prize has been won, the BONUS BIKE DECAL will be removed from future Grand Prize Boxes for Main draws.
- Should the Bonus Bike Prize not be won by 24 October 2026, the Bonus Bike Prize will be added to the Final Draw on 31 October 2026.
- For the Final draw on 31 October 2026:
- Participants may have more than one ticket in draws, but can only win one prize per draw.
- The electronic draw system will be used to select 4 winners.
- An Elimination game will be played to determine prizes won
- Finalist 1 will draw a finalist number between 1 and 4. The finalist number drawn will be eliminated first and receive R5000 in Cash and +Play.
- Finalist 2 will draw a finalist number between 1 and 4. The finalist number drawn will be eliminated second and receive R10 000 in Cash and +Play.
- Finalist 3 will draw a finalist number between 1 and 4. The finalist number drawn will be eliminated third and receive R15 000 in Cash and +Play, as well as a Bonus Bike Prize (should the Bonus Bike prize not have been won by 24 October 2026).
- The remaining finalist, not eliminated, will win the Car Prize and R2000 +Play.

- A redraw will take place if a participant is already verified as a draw winner.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling draw dates and/or times
- The Cash, +Play, Bike, and Car prize winners must claim their prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
- Cash prizes must be redeemed at the Cash Desk.
- All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
- The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
- Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
