SPIN & MULTIPLY

1. By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
2. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion runs from 04 July 2026 to 25 July 2026 and is open exclusively to Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
4. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotion.
5. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
6. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win in a promotional competition.
7. PRIZE MULTIPLIER

7.1. Active slots and tables players over activation session will be selected using the Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application.

7.2. Spin & multiply are exclusive to Rewards Members actively playing Slots and Tables on the main and smoking casino floors only on below gaming dates and times.

7.3. Saturday, 04, 11, 18, and 25 July 2026 between 15h00 – 20h00.

7.4. The session will award 30 random Spin & Multiplier winners in total from both slots and tables games.

7.5. The minimum criteria on activation days are 50 points to be earned during each activation session for all Rewards members actively gaming on day.

7.6. Players do not need a winning combination (Slots) or hand (Tables) as prizes are allocated randomly via the (‘RAPS’) application.

7.7. Players may win more than once during activation days.

7.8. Selected slots and tables players will get opportunity to select 1 of 3 promotional devices used to determine their base cash prize value.

7.8.1. Cash prize values hidden in promotional device will be as follow:

• R 2,000
• R 1,000
• R 500

7.9. Promotions Team will make way to the gaming device that was selected, and the winning player will be given the opportunity to spin the promotional wheel to multiply their prize.

7.10. The promotional wheel will consist of 1-16 segments, each indicating a multiplier value.

7.11. In the event that the eligible prize winner is no longer at the gaming device when the promotions crew arrive, an announcement will be made for that prize winner to present himself or herself at the place of draw within 90 seconds from the time of the announcement. Should the winner not present themselves a redraw will take place.

8. MONTH END DRAW

8.1. Selected Tiers cash draw exclusive to J, Q, K &A Reward’s members will take place on Saturday, 25 July at 21h00.

8.2. Participants must play Slots and/or Tables using their Tsogo Rewards cards at Montecasino to earn points for draw tickets.

8.3. Points earning per draw entry are set out below:

• Qualifying Rewards members will receive 1 draw entry for every 1000 points earned over earning periods.

9. Draw entries are not capped, participants may earn as many tickets as possible within promotional draw entry earning periods.
10. The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select (5) winners at each draw.
11. All participants can only win once per promotional draw day.
12. All participants are required to activate their draw entries at the eHost or via Tsogo Sun App into their specific tier draw entry bin prior to the actual draws within the specified times during which the draw entry bins are open.
13. The entry bins for these promotional draws will open at 18h00 on the actual draw days and close 5 minutes before the start of the actual draws.
14. Each selected draw winner will get and opportunity choose a promotional device that will determine their prize won.
15. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner, within 15 days from the date of the promotional activation from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
16. Participants shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, to qualify for the attendance bonus prize.
17. A selected winner need not be present at the draw to win or claim a prize. Winners not present will be contacted and may claim their prize within 15 days. Winners who are physically present at the draw at the time of selection may qualify for an attendance bonus of up to 150% of the original prize value, subject to the promotional rules.

17.1. It is the not present winner’s responsibility to ensure their details on the system are updated in order for them to be notified of their prize and to make sure the prize is claimed within 15 days.

17.2. If the winner is not reachable and is unable to claim their prize within 15 days, they will automatically forfeit the prize.

17.3. Should a selected winner not be present at the time of the draw to select a promotional device and reveal the prize won, a randomly selected patron in attendance will be requested to assist with the selection on behalf of the winner.

17.4. The randomly selected patron assisting on behalf of the non-attending winner will be required to select a random number, which will be applied to the reveal mechanism to determine the promotional prize awarded to the winner.

17.5. The randomly selected patron assisting on behalf of the non-attending winner shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the non-attending winner they represent.

18. Winners who are physically present at the draw at the time of selection will qualify for an attendance bonus of up to 150% of the original prize value.

18.1. Present winners may qualify for an attendance bonus. A promotional device containing hidden bonus percentages will be used, and eligible winners will get the opportunity to select a device, in the order of their ticket drawn to determine the attendance bonus percentage awarded.

18.2. The attendance bonus percentages available during the draw are as follows:

18.2.1. 25% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.

18.2.2. 50% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.

18.2.3. 100% of the original prize value, may be selected multiple times during the specific draw.

18.2.4. 125% of the original prize value, may be selected only Once during the specific draw.

18.2.5. 150% of the original prize value, may be selected only Once during the specific draw.

19. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a promotional activation date/s.
22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
23. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
24. Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
25. Draw times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
