Step Into Gear

1. By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
2. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion runs from 27 March 2026 to 30 May 2026 and is open exclusively to Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
4. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotion.
5. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
6. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win in a promotional competition.
7. All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize, provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 19h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
8. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
9. All qualifying Patrons for the Draws will be required to activate their entries by printing their receipts via the eHost or on the Tsogo Sun App to be eligible for a Prize. Draw registration via the Mobile App requires that the Patron is Active (Card in Slot Machine or Active on a Tables Game) in order for the Mobile App to permit entry registration.
10. Promotional Entry Mechanic

10.1. Montecasino Rewards members will need to earn points by playing Slots and/or Tables with their Rewards cards to qualify and secure their position on the Leaderboard.

10.2. Only Montecasino Rewards Members who earn a minimum of 1 million points will qualify and make it onto the leaderboard within the specified qualification period to qualify for the Midway draw on 25 April and the Final draw on 30 May 2026.

10.3. Positions on the Leaderboard will determine the bonus ticket allocation for the final draw only on Saturday, 30 May 2026.

10.4. The Leaderboard will calculate and account for the total amount of points earned on both Tables and Slots and update on an hourly basis as and when the Slots and Tables sessions have closed.

10.5. Should the patron play both Slots and Tables, their scores will be combined and displayed as total points on the Leaderboard.

10.6. Qualifying Rewards members will receive 1 draw entry for every 50,000 points earned over earning periods.

10.7. Draw entries are not capped, participants may earn as many tickets as possible within promotional draw entry earning period.

10.8. The point earning period for the Midway draw will be from 27 March 2026 at 08:00:00 to 24 April 2026 at 07:59:59.

10.9. The point earning period for the Final draw will be from 27 March 2026 at 08:00:00 to 29 May 2026 at 07:59:59.

10.10. Bonus draw tickets will be allocated to the top 20 points earners on the leaderboard for the final draw on 30 May 2026. See below tickets allocation breakdown.

11. Power Chase Midway Draw Mechanic

11.1. Tsogo Rewards members needs to earn points from 27 March 2026 at 08h00 until 24 April 2026 at 07:59:59.

11.2. Tsogo Rewards members must earn a minimum of 400,000 points to qualify for the draw.

11.3. Qualifying Rewards members will receive 1 draw entry for every 50,000 points earned over earning periods.

11.4. The draw will be conducted on Saturday, 25 April 2026 at 22h00 in the Prive.

11.5. The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select draw winners.

11.6. All participants are required to activate their draw entries at the eHost or via Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw within the specified times during which the draw entry bins are open.

11.7. The electronic draw entry bin for the Midway draw will open at 19h00 on the draw day and close 5 minutes before the start of the draw.

11.8. Five (5) winners will be selected as per below prize breakdown.

11.9. Each selected draw winner will get an opportunity choose a promotional device that will determine their prize won.

12. Power Chase Final Draw Mechanic
    • Tsogo Rewards members needs to earn points from 27 March 2026 at 08h00 until 29 May 2026 at 07:59:59.
    • Positions on the Leaderboard will determine the bonus ticket allocation for the final draw on Saturday, 30 May 2026.
    • Tsogo Rewards members must earn a minimum of 1 million points to qualify for the draw.
    • Qualifying Rewards members will receive 1 draw entry for every 50,000 points earned over earning periods.
    • The draw will be conducted on Saturday, 30 May 2026 at 22h00 in the Prive.
    • The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select draw winners.
    • All participants are required to activate their draw entries at the eHost or via Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw within the specified times during which the draw entry bins are open.
    • The electronic draw entry bin for the Final draw will open at 19h00 on the draw day and close 5 minutes before the start of the draw.
    • Five (5) winners will be selected as per below prize breakdown
    • Each selected draw winner will get an opportunity to choose a promotional device that will determine their prize won.
    • Should the car winner choose to decline the grand prize of a vehicle won, the car winner will be required to negotiate a buy-back option directly with the dealership representative and provide the dealership with the necessary documentation to proceed with the transaction.
13. Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
14. All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk or the VIP Host Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
15. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
16. Authorised representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
17. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
19. Misuse or abuse of this offer may result in termination of the offer without notice.
20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
23. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
24. Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
