HOW TO QUALIFY?
Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members must Update their Personal Details at Tsogo Rewards Desk to Qualify.
Qualifying Rewards members receive (1) draw ticket for Updating, Required Personal Details | Download & Register on the Tsogo Sun App.
The draw ticket must be completed with the participant’s valid Name, Surname, ID number and Cell phone number.
The Tsogo Rewards Desk host will issue (1) draw ticket to qualifying Rewards member once all qualifying criteria are met and verified.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM A WINNER?
Participants must deposit their completed draw ticket into the entry bin at the Tsogo Rewards Desk during the promotional period.
The entry bin for this promotion will open at the start of the promotion and close at 20h00 on 11 December 2026
MANUAL draw process will be used to select four (4) random winners BOH.
Verified draw winners will be notified via SMS/Tsogo Sun App notification on Monday, 14 December 2026.

- By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
- The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
- This promotion runs from 26 October 2026 to 12 December 2026 and is open exclusively to active Montecasino Tsogo Rewards members who meet the qualifying criteria.
- Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in this casino promotion.
- Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
- A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win in a promotional competition.
- Tsogo Rewards members must update their personal details at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and meet all qualifying criteria to participate in draw.
- Draw entries will be capped at one (1) ticket per qualifying customer.
- To qualify, participating Rewards members must Update their required personal Details AND Download and Register on the Tsogo Sun App.

- The Tsogo Rewards Desk host will issue one (1) Manual draw ticket to each participating Rewards member once all qualifying criteria have been met and verified.
- Participants must complete all required fields on the draw ticket and ensure that the information provided is correct, clear and legible for the entry to be valid.
- The draw ticket must be completed with the participant’s valid Name, Surname, ID number and Cell phone number.
- Participants must deposit their completed draw tickets into the entry bin at the Tsogo Rewards Desk during the promotional period.
- The draw bin will open at the start of the promotion and close at 20h00 on 11 December 2026.
- A Manual BOH (back-of-house) draw will be conducted on 12 December at 15h00 to randomly select four (4) winners.
- Winners will be notified via SMS on Monday, 14 December 2026.
- Draw will a non-attendance draw.
- Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
- All qualifying Patrons for the draw will be required to activate their entry by depositing completed ticket with relevant required information into draw bin.
- The first participant drawn will win the first prize, the second winner drawn will win the second prize. This process will continue until all four (4) available prizes has been won during draw.
- All participants can only win once per promotional draw day.
- Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner, within 15 days from the date of the promotional activation from the casino where the prize(s) were won or the date on which Montecasino first initiates contact a non-attending draw winner.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition may be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a promotional activation date/s.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Montecasino may add or vary any of the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants. Montecasino shall be entitled, at any, time to terminate or alter any aspect of the promotion and/or these rules, without any prior notice and without compensation to any participant or potential participant.
- Draw times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
