- 50% deposit is required on the day of booking & the remaining amount to be paid on arrival.
- We regret to inform you that GreenLeaf Day Spa holds a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.
- A 24-hour hours cancellation is required.
- Cancellation of a booking and/or ‘no-show’ will result in a 100% Forfeit (full value of the booking).
- All treatments booked on Saturdays must be paid in full before arrival.
- Present your voucher & proof of payment on the day of treatment.
- All vouchers are valid for 3 months.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Spa treatment needs to on time.
- Late arrival will result in shortened treatment.
- Kindly turn off your phone or have it on silent mode during your treatment.
- Kindly note the Spa is a low voice space.
