Head Up Poker Showdown

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Upon the completion of the qualifying heats, the top score will be eligible for the Top Score Progressive amount
Qualifying Heats

Dates: 03 July to 30 July 2026
Times: Daily Heats from 13h00 until 00h00 (Final buys in at 00:00)
Venue: Main Casino Floor tournament area

5. Patrons who are with a Valid Rewards card or ID/Driver’s License can enter this Tournament.
6. Participants can purchase an entry for R100 at the Tournament area via Cash or Value Chips.
7. Each entry will be for individual heats and scores will not be added.
8. Each Buy in will consist of the following:
• R2, 000 in tournament chips
9. A minimum of R50 in tournament chips must be played per hand.
10. For each hand, the Trips Plus, Pocket Bonus and Sweet 16 bet will automatically qualify for the bet to maximum value of R250 per side bet
11. Payment for winning bets or maximum bets will be applicable to standard Poker and Blackjack Sweet 16 side bet payouts.
12. Promotional table denomination will be set at R25, with maximums to be applied at the Table denomination.
13. The Sweet 16 side bet will be applicable to initial two cards that a patron receives and payout/combinations will be according to Sweet 16 standards, as per the below;
• Sweet 16 (Ace of Hearts + 5 of Hearts) – 160 to 1
• Suited 16 (Any 2 cards of the same suit adding up to 16) – 16:1
• Same colour 16 (Any 2 cards of the same colour adding up to 16) – 12:1
• Mixed Colour 16 (Any 2 cards of mixed colours adding up to 16) – 6:1
14. A participant may join the table at any point of the round, with each participants rounds/hands tracked and scores calculated at the end of 10 individual hands. Players must complete 10 hand in order to record a score.
15. After the completion of the 10 hands, remaining chips be calculated and documented as the relevant score.
16. The score will be captured and displayed on a tournament Leaderboard.
17. Weekly prizes will be applicable for top weekly score and payable in cash to the winner, every Friday during the tournament period. Weekly prizes will only be issued in the first 4 weeks of the tournament period.
18. All buy INS will be allocated to the tournament and will be distributed according to a progressive format, which will be displayed, this will include the overall prize pool and the top scores progressive. 80% of all buy ins will contribute to the overall progressive prize pool and 20% of all buy ins will contribute to the overall top score progressive (top 3 scores at the end of the qualifying heats will be eligible to win the progressive)
19. Players play for themselves; monies may not be pooled or transferred to other players. All chips must be returned to the respective table float at the end of each heat/round.
20. Each score must be acknowledged and signed for by the Participant.
21. At the end of the Qualifying Heats which will be on 18 June 2026 after the last qualifying heat the top 12 scores during the qualifying heats will get a spot in the Semi Finals.

22. All disputes must be raised within the round in question and no changes or outcomes will be altered or amended.
23. Management decision is final
Semi Final

Dates: 01 August 2026
Times: 16h00
Venue: Main Casino Floor – Tournament Area

24. The top 12 scorers on the Leaderboard for the Tournament Qualifying Heats will qualify for the semi-finals.
25. Proxy nominations will be permitted and accepted on the day if Patrons have more than on seat in the Semi-Finals.
26. 12 x Semi Final positions will compete in 2 x heats consisting of 6 x players each.
27. Once a Patron registered, they will select a Heat and Seat number.
28. Each Semi Final heat will consist of the following:
• R2,000 in tournament chips
29. A minimum of R50 in tournament chips must be played per hand.
30. For each hand, the Trips Plus, Pocket Bonus and Sweet 16 bet will automatically qualify for the bet to maximum value of R250 per side bet
31. Payment for winning bets will be applicable to standard Poker and Sweet 16 side bet pay-outs.
32. Promotional table denomination will be set at R25, with maximums to be applied at the Table denomination.
33. The Sweet 16 side bet will be applicable to initial two cards that a patron receives and payout/combinations will be according to Sweet 16 standards, as per the below;
• Sweet 16 (Ace of Hearts + 5 of Hearts) – 160 to 1
• Suited 16 (Any 2 cards of the same suit adding up to 16) – 16:1

35. Each score must be acknowledged and signed for by the Participant.
36. At the end of the Semi Finals Heats, the top 6 scores will qualify for the Finals.
37. All disputes must be raised within the round in question and no changes or outcomes will be altered or amended.
38. Management decision is final
Finals
Dates: 01 August 2026
Times: 17h00
Venue: Main Casino Floor – Tournament Area
39. Final heat will consist of 6 positions
40. A random mechanic will be utilized to select the Patrons Seat position.
41. Proxy nominations will be permitted and accepted for the finals if a Patron has more than on seat in the Semi-Finals.
42. 6 x finalist positions will compete in 1 heat consisting of 6 x players.
43. The Final will consist of the following:
• R2,000 in tournament chips
• 3 x R500 Bonus Bet markers
44. A minimum of R50 in tournament chips must be played per hand.
45. For each hand, the Trips Plus, Pocket Bonus and Sweet 16 bet will automatically qualify for the bet to maximum value of R250 per side bet, as per the below;
• Sweet 16 (Ace of Hearts + 5 of Hearts) – 160 to 1
• Suited 16 (Any 2 cards of the same suit adding up to 16) – 16:1
• Same colour 16 (Any 2 cards of the same colour adding up to 16) – 12:1
• Mixed Colour 16 (Any 2 cards of mixed colours adding up to 16) – 6:1
46. Each participant will be allocated 3 x Bonus Bet markers, which is applicable to the Trips Plus, Pocket Bonus or Sweet
16. The allocated Bonus Bet makers, allows participants to play the bonus bets at a value of R750 per bet. It must

be played before the end of 12 allocated hands, if not used, the participant forfeits these markers and will count towards the individual score
47. Payment for winning bets will be applicable to standard Poker and Sweet 16 side bet payouts.
48. Promotional table denomination will be set at R25, with maximums to be applied at the Table denomination.
49. The Sweet 16 side bet will be applicable to initial two cards that a patron receives and payout/combinations will be according to Sweet 16 standards
50. After the completion of the 12 hands, remaining chips be calculated and documented as the relevant score.
51. Each score must be acknowledged and signed for by the Participant.
52. At the end of the Final Heat, the prize pool will be broken down as follows:
 1st position – 60% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
 2nd position – 10% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
 3rd position – 9% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
 4th position – 8% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
 5th position – 7% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
 6th position – 6% of the Final Prize Pool (Money that will be allocated to the final heat)
53. All disputes must be raised within the round in question and no changes or outcomes will be altered or amended.
54. Management decision is final.
55. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner, as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
56. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
57. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
58. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
59. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
60. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
