Update Your Details

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotional competition is exclusive to all Tsogo Sun Rewards Medmbers (“Participants”) subject to their respective active membership(s).
4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. Rewards Members must update their details at the Rewards desk to qualify.

An update is only valid if the patron;

1. Provides a valid identification document
2. Provides a valid physical address
3. Provides a valid contact number
4. Discloses source of funds and occupation
5. Discloses social status;

• Foreign Prominent Public Official (PEP)
• Domestic Prominent Influential Person (PIP)
• Immediate Family Member of PIP or PEP (IFM)
• Known Close Associate of PIP or PEP (KCA)

5. Patrons must indicate whether or not they would like to receive correspondence from Emerald and their preferred communication method
6. Draw times, dates, tier and criteria to earn tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
7. One manual draw ticket will be issued after a valid update; participants must drop their draw ticket into the tombola provided at least 5 (five) minutes before draw time.
8. Prize Winners will be selected by a way of manual random draw; participants cannot be drawn more than once in the promotional period.
9. The draw is a non-attendance draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided.
10. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
11. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; any complaints arising at the event will be investigated. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
12. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
13. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
