Top of The Tables

1. Only persons over the age of 18 may participate. Any person who is currently refused entry to the casino or who is self-excluded prior to or during the tournament may not participate and will be disqualified.
2. This tournament is open exclusively to Rewards members.
3. Rewards members will not accumulate points for participating in the tournament.
4. Buy ins are NOT limited per Rewards member
5. All communications pertaining to the tournament will be communicated to participants via telephone communication or in a person.

Roulette and Black Jack Rules

• Participants will play on Tournament Roulette Table that will be set up on the main casino floor.
• At the start of each heat and in the final, each player shall be provided with 3/5 stacks of colour chips (100 pieces) with the denomination of each chip being R25 and 20 x R50 Tournament value chips
• Participants will play 3 spins on Roulette and 5 Black Jack hands for the initial buy-in and 5 spins and 10 Black Jack Hands in the Final
• Before each spin, players will be given 1 min to place their bets simultaneously on Roulette and 20 seconds per player to place their bets on Black Jack
• Once the 1 minute or 20 seconds runs out, no more bets will be accepted and the dealer will spin.
• A 1 minute countdown timer will commence directly after the last pay-out is. A 20 second timer will be set for each payer to place their bet on Black Jack.
• At the end of the 3 spins, the value of each player’s chips will be counted and converted to Tournament value chips to be played on Black Jack.
• At the end of the heat/final, each participants’ score will be recorded and he/she will be required to sign for their score before leaving the Tables tournament area
• Conversing with spectators will be cause for disqualification. Spectators who interfere with the game or provide assistance to the players will be cause for eviction. Players are not allowed to discuss strategies with other players, dealers or casino personnel. Players are not allowed to borrow, lend or give their tournament chips to another player.
• No call bets or announced bets are allowed on Roulette. Black Jack Side bets will be permitted
• No betting or changing bets is allowed during the spin or hand been dealt.
• Players must place a bet for every spin and hand of the heat/final.
• Each player shall keep their chips on the table in front of them at all times, and in clear view of the other players and the Supervisor.
• In the event that a player runs out of chips before the heat/final is over, their score will be recorded as zero.
• Scores will not be carried forward to the next stage of the tournament
• Players play for themselves, monies may not be pooled or transferred to other players
• Chip “winnings” from one tournament round will not be carried over to another tournament round. All chips must be returned to the respective table float at the end of each heat / round.

6. Silverstar Casino reserves the right to change or amend the tournament structure and/or prize package at any time.
7. Tournament Director’s decision (or a Management Representative thereof) will be deemed as final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Whilst every reasonable effort will be taken to ensure the accurate recording of rankings/scores, the onus shall remain with participants to ensure that their rankings/scores are correct at all times. The casino reserves the right to make the necessary corrections as soon as it becomes aware of any founded discrepancies, which corrections could change the rankings/scores of participants and allocation of prizes.
9. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
10. Any person transgressing the rules of this tournament will be disqualified.
11. Every participant in the tournament shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
12. Any dispute needs to be raised and finalized within the session. No dispute will be reviewed afterwards
13. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
14. Silverstar Casino reserves the right to change or amend the tournament structure and/or prize package at any time.
15. Tournament Director’s decision (or a Management Representative thereof) will be deemed as final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. In the event of a tie, a spin-off will be used. An extra spin will be played and chips will be counted after one extra spin. The player with the highest chip total will progress.
