- Date & Time: Christmas Lunch will take place on 25 December 2026 from 13h00 to 16h00. Christmas Dinner will take place from 18h00 to 21h30.
- Pricing: The Christmas Lunch and Dinner is priced at R485 per person. Children aged 6–12 years will be charged R242 per child.
- Booking & Payment: Advance booking and full payment are required to secure a table. A booking will only be confirmed once full payment has been received. No walk-ins will be accepted on 25 December 2026.
- Seating is limited. Tables will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, upon receipt of full payment. Specific table requests are subject to availability.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to 25 December 2026 will qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of 25 December 2026 are non-refundable.
- Children: The children’s rate applies to children aged 6–12 years. Children’s portions and applicable pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Allergies & Dietary Requirements: Guests must advise Barney’s of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Barney’s will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests but cannot guarantee that all special requirements can be catered for.
- Menu: The festive menu is subject to change without prior notice, where necessary, due to product availability or other operational requirements.
- Late Arrival: Guests are requested to arrive within the applicable lunch or dinner service period. Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time, as the stated service times will be adhered to.
- Booking Confirmation: Guests are required to retain their booking confirmation and proof of payment and present these upon request.
- General: Barney’s reserves the right to amend or cancel the offering where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require this. Any material changes will be communicated to affected guests where possible.
