The Ridge – Tables Point Chase

General

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this activation.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this activation.
3. This Activation is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This CRM campaign is open to qualifying Tsogo Rewards members playing Tables at The Ridge Casino only.

Leaderboard Tables Points Chase

5. Only points earned whilst playing Tables games at The Ridge Casino (All floors) will count towards this Leaderboard.
6. The earning period will start on 16 September 2026 at 08:00:00 and end at close of business on gaming date 28 October 2026 @07:59:59.
7. Ticket printing will commence on the 29th of October 2026 at 16:00:00
8. The top 75 points earners will qualify for the cash draw.
9. The number of tickets issued to each guest will be determined by their ranking on the leaderboard at the end of the points earning period: 16 September 2026 @08:00:00 – 28 October 2026 @ 07:59:59

10. Players that qualify in positions 1 to 10 and will be awarded with +Play which will be loaded as an offer to be claimed at The Ridge eHosts or Mobile App
11. Guests need to be actively playing at The Ridge Tables from the below dates to be on the leaderboard:

• All points earned on all Table games on all floors (Main, Smoking and Prive) will count towards the Leaderboard during the earning period.
• The Top 75 earners will be displayed on the leaderboard
• +Play will be issues to the Top 10 on the leaderboard as per the below table:

12. All +Play to be claimed within days stipulated.
13. All calculated decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
14. Any person transgressing the rules of this activation will be disqualified.
15. Patrons who accumulate points using other patron’s rewards cards may be disqualified.

Draw 29 October 2026

1. The Cash draw is open to the top 75 points earners during the points accumulation period 16 September 2026 at 08:00:00 and end at close of business on gaming date 28 October 2026 @07:59:59.
2. A minimum of 25,000 points required for an entry on the leaderboard
3. The draw will take place on 29^th of October 2026 at 20:00:00
4. The draw will be manual.
5. Ticket printing will commence from 16h00 on the day.
6. The number one earner on the leaderboard will qualify for an automatic seat to the draw.
7. The second & third finalist will be drawn from the draw bin
8. All Participants are required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced in the casino, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorised in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk.
9. Prescribed proxy nomination forms will be available for this purpose from 16h00 on the day of the draw until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draw for which the proxy is to be nominated. Proxy nomination forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk.
10. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
11. Draw will be manual.
12. Guest may only win once per draw date

General Rules

1. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
2. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw conducted at the Casino stage.
3. Winners will be called to the stage using the casino overhead announcement system.
4. A person may only win once per draw date; if the same person is selected more than once, a redraw will be done.
5. Draw times and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
6. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open which will be two hours prior to the draw/s taking place. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
7. A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Customer Services Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
8. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
9. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification. The casino Gaming Management System (GMS) may also be used for verification of a player.
10. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
11. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
13. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
14. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
17. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
