Golden Horse – MEGA POINTS CHASE

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to the Tsogo Rewards members, non-carded guests must sign up to the Tsogo Rewards Programme to participate.
5. The promotion will run from 02 July – 26 September 2026.
6. Participants must play Slots or Tables at Golden Horse and earn points to qualify for the weekly and monthly draws. Tickets earning will be uncapped.
7. Points earning and ticket printing will be as below stated on the entry mechanics

The draw qualifiers will be identified in the following manner:

• Launch draw – 3 months actives.
• Halfway draw – minimum of 20,000 points to be earned per ticket.
• Bonus draw – minimum of 50,000 points to be earned per ticket.
• Final draw – minimum of 100,000 points to be earned per ticket

This will put into play the chase elements, for every draw. Patrons will be chasing points in order to qualify for the draw that will be taking place on that day, this then driving revenue.

LAUNCH DRAWS

• Exclusive to Tsogo Rewards members.
• 3 months actives will be awarded free tickets in the following manner:

• Additional gaming visit tickets will be issued to patrons who have been actively gaming, 1 ticket for each gaming visit and an additional 5 tickets for each patron who is signed up on the TSOGO SUN APP.
• These tickets criteria will only be valid for the launch draw.
• Participants need to be present for the draw or nominate a proxy.
• Proxy forms will be made available at the Tsogo Rewards desk and VIP desk during the ticket printing times.
• 3x multiplier will be activated on the day from 17h00 to 22h00pm.

HALFWAY DRAW

• Exclusive to Tsogo Rewards members.
• Open to All Tiers.

• Patrons would have to earn a minimum of 20,000 points within the earning period in order to be a part of the leader board.  For every 1, 000 points earned 1 ticket will be issued

• For every 20,000 points earned 1 ticket will be issued
• Patrons will have to play using their Tsogo Rewards card to qualify for the draw, from the 01 October 2026 08:00 – 06 November 2026 07:59.
• The leader board will be updated every Friday (7 week period).
• Should patrons play slots & tables, their points will not be combined as one but will be kept separate, slots points will appear on the slots side of the leader board and tables points will appear on the tables’ side of the leader board.
• Two (2) additional tickets will be awarded to patrons who are on the leader boards and qualified for the draw. Each gaming visit will guarantee two (2) for each patron.
• Participants need to be present for the draw or nominate a proxy.
• Proxy forms will be made available at the Tsogo Rewards desk and VIP desk during the ticket printing times.
• A 3x multiplier will be activated on the day of the draw, from 17h00 – 21h00.

• If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
• Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.
• Once verified, the patron on stage will have to pick one reveal, which will determine how much they win.
• Winners will be issued their prize letter at the Tsogo Rewards Desk, which can be redeemed at the Cash Desk for cash.

• A total of ten (10) winners will be selected in during the above hour, 5 winners will come from the slots tombola and 3 winners will come from the tables tombola, plus the two (2) first positions as stated below.
• Patrons on the number one (1) position on both the slots & tables leader board will automatically have seats at the final draw, at 8pm.
• The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
• If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
• Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.

9. Entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
10. Members may be selected more than once but can only win once per draw.
11. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
12. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
13. The promotions team will issue the prize letter to the winner.
14. Prizes must be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw from the Tsogo Rewards Desk at Golden Horse Casino.
15. Each verified winner will be awarded a prize as advertised in the mediums used to advertise the promotion.
16. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes won.
17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entering into.
19. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
20. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
21. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severing, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
