6. Participants must play Slots or Tables at Golden Horse and earn points to qualify for the weekly and monthly draws. Tickets earning will be uncapped, except for the car draw where tickets will be capped at 4,000 tickets per patron
7. Patrons who are signed up onto the Tsogo Rewards will be awarded bonus tickets for every gaming visit, additional bonus tickets will be awarded to patrons who are signed onto the Tsogo Rewards APP. This will only be for the weekly Thursday draws, the entries will be awarded as follows:

• Draws will take place in the following order:
  • Ten & Jack Tier – 7pm
  • Queen Tier – 8pm
  • King & Ace Tier – 9pm
• The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
• If the winner/proxy does not show up in time, an alternative winner will be chosen (redraw).
• Participants can only win once per draw. A redraw will be conducted if a winner is drawn more than once.
• Once verified, the first patron will be called on stage, they will have to put their hand into the vault on stage, to select one ball.
• There will be 15 balls in the vault, fourteen (14) white and one (1) pink.
• Should they pick a white ball, they will receive a consolation prize, should they pick the pink ball they receive the jackpot set on that day.
• Jackpot amounts and consolation amounts will differ for every tier.
• On the last Thursday of every month three (3) balls will be put into vault, this then guarantees the jackpot being given away to one lucky winner.

10. Entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
11. Members may be selected more than once but can only win once per draw.
12. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
13. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
14. The promotions team will issue the prize letter to the winner.
15. Prizes must be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw from the Tsogo Rewards Desk at Golden Horse Casino.
16. Each verified winner will be awarded a prize as advertised in the mediums used to advertise the promotion.
17. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes won.
18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entering into.
20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severing, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
