1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to Gamble or participate in this offer.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this offer.
3. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly controls or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners’ business partners or immediate family members.
4. This offer is only open to Tsogo Rewards members who earns a minimum of 50 Tsogo Rewards points on the advertised draws date at Emnotweni from 30 minutes prior to the starting time of each session.
5. Winners will be randomly selected through means of a RAP application, during advertised times on the advertised dates for the activation. Draws will be done from the Casino stage and announced on the inhouse PA system.
6. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
7. A player may not win more than once per day.
8. Winners will be verified through means of producing a valid identification documents or, if required, through the GMS patron management database.
9. A register will be available at the Customer Service Desk on each day of the LUCKY SEAT activation from 2 hours prior to the starting time of each session, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
10. Participants must register to decline to be present, in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this register.
11. The prize winner/nominated proxy through the ‘decline to attend register’ will have to present himself or herself at the stage within 90 seconds from the time of the announcement.
12. Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information correspond with the player found at the gaming device / or stage.

15. A holder with 8 x boxes with hidden numbers/digits for the host.
16. A bag with 20 boxes with hidden numbers/digits for the guest
17. Host will draw out – and display 5 boxes from holder one.
18. Guest will be asked to draw out and display 8 boxes from the second holder.
19. For each matching number/digit to the 5 selections made by the MC– the guest will win [R50/R100/R500/R1000] in +Play (depending on status of the cardholder.

    2. King = R500 in +Play
    3. Queen = R100 in +Play
    4. Jack & 10-tier = R50 in +Play
20. Should the guest draw out a JOKER box, he/she will get to select two additional boxes from the bag.
21. If no matching numbers/digits a [R50/R100/R500/R1000] will be given as consolation prize (as per status).
22. If the prize winner contemplated in rules 5 above does not present himself or herself at the place of draw within the 90-second period, and if he or she has declined to be present at the draw by signing the above-mentioned register, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize at the Customer Services Desk.
23. If the prize winner contemplated in rule 5 above does not present himself or herself at the place of draw within the 90 second period and if he or she has not declined to be present at the draw by not signing the above-mentioned register, or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection from the pool of potential winners will be conducted.
24. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
25. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw at the Customer Services Desk.
26. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
27. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
28. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
