Please be advised that Goldfields Casino changed ownership on 12 August 2026 and will no longer form part of the Tsogo Sun group.
As a result, your Tsogo Rewards points, Bonus Play points, ability to transfer points, discounts and other programme benefits, may be affected.

From 17 September 2026 you will no longer be able to earn, redeem and transfer Tsogo Rewards points at Goldfields Casino.

What happens to my Goldfields Tsogo Rewards points?
Tsogo Rewards points will no longer be available for redemption or transfer at Goldfields after 16 September 2026.
However, if you are registered on the Tsogo Rewards App, you can transfer these points from Goldfields to another Tsogo Sun property or to Entertainment, by 16 September 2026.
If you are not registered on the Tsogo Rewards App, register to continue using your Tsogo Rewards points at any Tsogo Sun property. Download the Tsogo Rewards App, go to Transfers and transfer your points by selecting your preferred Tsogo Sun property or Entertainment. Complete the transfer before 16 September 2026 to ensure continued use of your points within the Tsogo Sun group.
What happens to my Entertainment Tsogo Rewards points?
For members who are registered on the Tsogo Rewards App, your Entertainment Tsogo Rewards points will remain unaffected.
Does this change affect my membership at other Tsogo Sun properties?
No. Your Tsogo Rewards membership remains active and unchanged at all other Tsogo Sun properties. You will continue to earn and redeem points and enjoy your membership benefits as usual, subject to the Tsogo Rewards programme Terms and Conditions.
Does this change affect my Tsogo Rewards tier status?
Your current tier status will remain unchanged until the annual tier status review on 31 May 2027.
During this period, you will continue to enjoy the benefits associated with your tier at all Tsogo Sun properties.
What happens to my Bonus Play Tsogo Rewards points?
If you have any Bonus Play points available from play at Goldfields Casino, on 16 September 2026, these will automatically be converted to Entertainment Tsogo Rewards points and issued to you on 17 September 2026, via the Tsogo Rewards App.
What happens to my other Tsogo Rewards member benefits at Goldfields Casino?
After 16 September 2026, you will no longer be able to claim any Tsogo Rewards benefits, for example discount for food or beverages.
Will Goldfields Casino continue to operate after 16 September 2026?
Yes. From 17 September 2026, Goldfields Casino will be operated by the new owner. It will no longer be part of the Tsogo Sun group or the Tsogo Rewards programme.
Your Tsogo Rewards membership will remain active at all other Tsogo Sun properties.
