VENUES AND CAPACITIES
The nine venues at The Pivot offer a blank canvas that can be transformed to make your event extraordinary. From elegant cocktails to corporate conferences and all manner of business and celebratory events The Pivot offers some of the best choices of venues in Fourways.
The spacious Verona Suite is the largest of our Fourways conference center’s function rooms. Divisible into three separate rooms the total size of Verona is 346m2 and it can easily seat 300 people in theatre style and host cocktail functions for up to 450. When divided each of the three separate Verona suites is sound proofed and features individual control lighting, sound and projection and can seat from 50 to 100 depending on the configuration.
Arno and Lucca are two smaller rooms accommodating up to eight people, while Pisa is a double-sized boardroom catering for 16. Our three dedicated boardrooms – Firenze, Livorno and Siena – are adaptable meeting rooms measuring between 44 and 76 square meters, with space from 20 to 60 in banquet to cinema style. Each of these rooms offers natural light, in-room projection, easy access to breakaway areas, and a balcony opens out onto The Pivot courtyard to give smokers a place to take a break.
