The Palazzo Hotel’s elegant and well-appointed business venues offer ideal spaces for professional meetings and small special occasions in Fourways. Our professional team of banqueting staff are available to take your booking for your business events and conferences, private parties and celebrations. Palazzo Hotel has four event spaces with the capabilities for all types of occasions.
The hotel’s two Boardrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests, while the larger venues can be adapted with different seating configurations for up to 50. All venues are air-conditioned, with individually controlled lighting.
Our banqueting coordinator is on hand to personally assist with planning your function to perfection. Menus can be individually designed to suit your requirements. Guests can also make use of the larger conferencing and banqueting facilities available at the Montecasino Entertainment Complex and The Pivot.

Rosa is located along the walkway to Montecasino adjacent to the picturesque rose garden. It offers the perfect setting for small events, special occasions and intimate functions, catering for seated dinners of up to 50 guests and cocktail functions for up to 70. Beautifully appointed with stylish furniture, Rosa is a complete venue solution without the need for additional decor. Rosa also offers private afternoon tea for small groups and can cater your function with a decadent ‘high tea’ spread. The stone boundary back wall of the restaurant is spectacularly clad in ivy, adding to the tranquil ambience of this elegant venue.
