Bonus Play 5x Multiplier

1. Multiplier for Bonus Play is 5X
2. The Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables play by 5, for the play sessions that started and ended between 08:00 and 23:59 on 5 September 2026.
3. The Bonus Play Multiplier is only applicable to Bonus Play on the Tsogo Rewards App.
4. Only the Member in whose name the Tsogo Rewards Card is, has been issued or whose name has been used to register on the Tsogo Rewards App, is entitled to use the Tsogo Rewards benefits and discounts associated with it.
5. Only persons 18 years and older are permitted to become a Tsogo Rewards member and download the Tsogo Rewards App.
6. Only casino play earned after registering on the Tsogo Rewards App will qualify for the multiplier, within the promotional period specified.
7. Multiplied Bonus Play will show on the Tsogo Rewards App once your gaming session is completed.
8. Filled Bonus Play Pots on the Rewards App, can be redeemed for +Play only and can’t be transferred to other players.
9. Filled Bonus Play Pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired pots are forfeited
10. +Play expires after 365 days.
11. The +Play vouchers for tables are redeemable at Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable Table Chips. Proof of identity & Tsogo Rewards membership card required.
12. The +Play voucher is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
13. Misuse or abuse of this offer may result in termination of the offer without notice.

1. Only Tsogo Rewards App members may participate
2. The R150 Tsogo Rewards Voucher can be converted to:
   1. Used for settlement against the bill at participating Food & Beverage outlets
   2. Theme Parks, Movies@, Bird Gardens etc
3. 500 Gaming Points must be accumulated between 8h00 – 23h59 on 5 September.
4. R150 Tsogo Rewards Voucher will be loaded immediately when 500 Gaming Points are eared

Tsogo Rewards Day Hotel Stay Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. The Tsogo Rewards Day Hotel Stay Draw (“the Promotion”) is open to eligible Tsogo Rewards App members staying at participating Tsogo Sun hotels on Saturday, 5 September 2026.
2. To qualify, guests must be checked in and in-house at a participating Tsogo Sun hotel on Saturday, 5 September 2026.
3. For the purposes of this draw, “in-house” means a guest who has completed check-in and occupies a room at a participating Tsogo Sun hotel on Saturday, 5 September 2026.
4. Guests who check-in before or on Saturday, 5 September 2026 and are in-house on Saturday, 5 September 2026 will qualify.
5. Eligible guests will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw. No additional entry or purchase is required.
6. Guests who are not yet Tsogo Rewards App members may register on the Tsogo Rewards App up to 23:59 on Sunday, 6 September 2026, provided they were an eligible in-house guest on Saturday, 5 September 2026. Once registration is complete, they will automatically be entered into the draw.
7. Only one (1) entry per eligible Tsogo Rewards member will be awarded, irrespective of the number of qualifying rooms booked or nights stayed during the promotional period.
8. Members must be the occupying guest linked to the qualifying hotel reservation, in accordance with the Tsogo Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.
9. Cancelled bookings, no-shows, complimentary stays do not qualify to be entered into this draw.
10. The draw will take place on Wednesday, 9 September 2026.
11. Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
12. Each winner will receive 3,000 (Three Thousand) Bonus Stay Points, which will be credited to their Tsogo Rewards profile following verification of the winner’s eligibility. Bonus Stay Points are subject to the Tsogo Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions and may only be redeemed towards qualifying hotel stays.
13. Bonus Stay Points will be credited to each winner’s Tsogo Rewards account within 7 days of the draw.
14. A member may only win one (1) prize in this Promotion. Should the same member be drawn more than once, a redraw will take place.
15. Winners will be contacted using the contact details recorded on their Tsogo Rewards profile. Should a winner be found to be ineligible or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, Tsogo Sun reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
16. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or any other benefit.
17. Tsogo Sun reserves the right to verify qualifying stays, membership details and eligibility before awarding any prize.
18. Any misuse, abuse or suspected fraudulent activity may result in disqualification from the draw.
19. The Promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, marketing service providers, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Tsogo Sun, nor to their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
20. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
21. By participating in this draw, participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
22. Tsogo Sun reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
23. All decisions relating to the draw are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
