Bonus Play 5x Multiplier

1. Multiplier for Bonus Play is 5X
2. Only the Member in whose name the Tsogo Rewards Card has been issued or whose name has been used to register on the Tsogo Sun App, is entitled to use the Tsogo Rewards benefits and discounts associated with it.

1. The Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables play by 5, for the play sessions that started and ended between 08:00 and 23:59 on 4 July 2026.
2. Only persons 18 years and older are permitted to become a Tsogo Rewards member and download the Tsogo Sun App.
3. The Bonus Play Multiplier is only applicable to Bonus Play on the Tsogo Sun App.
4. Only casino play earned after registering on the Tsogo Sun App will qualify for the multiplier, within the promotional period specified.
5. Multiplied Bonus Play will show on the Tsogo Sun App once your gaming session is completed.
6. Filled pots can be redeemed for +Play only and can’t be transferred to other players.
7. Filled pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired pots are forfeited
8. +Play expires after 365 days.
9. The +Play vouchers for tables are redeemable at Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable Chips. Proof of identity & Tsogo Rewards membership card required.
10. The +Play voucher is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
11. Misuse or abuse of this offer may result in termination of the offer without notice.

Drink On Us – Gaming Floor Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Patron must earn 1 gaming point through slots or tables to receive drink vouchers.
2. This offer is only available to members registered on the Tsogo Sun App before 07:59, 4 July 2026.
3. Eligible patrons will receive one drink voucher.

2. Redeemable at gaming floor bars only (not restaurants) until 23:59.
3. No change will be given.
4. The voucher is redeemable in a single transaction only.

Draw Tickets (Entertainment Points) – Terms & Conditions

1. The Tsogo Rewards Day Draw promotion is exclusive to active Tsogo Rewards App members and will be running on 4 July 2026, with the draw taking place on 8 July 2026.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the Tsogo Rewards Day Draw 
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The Tsogo Rewards Day Draw promotion, is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion, is open to all active Tsogo Rewards App members.
6. The draw format will offer 1 x draw entry (ticket) for all members gaming active on Tsogo Rewards Day, 4 July 2026.
7. Ticket collection will be automatic.
8. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
9. The draws will take place on 8 July 2026 and 3 winners will be selected.
10. Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once.
11. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the National Gambling Board will be notified.
12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
13. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
15. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
16. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

19. Once verified, the winner will receive a share of TR 30 000 Entertainment points.

21. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must accept the voucher on their App for receipt of prizes.
22. The prize winner must claim the prize on the Tsogo Rewards App before it expires.
23. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
