Bonus Play 5X Multiplier

1. Multiplier for Bonus Play is 5X
2. Only the Member in whose name the Tsogo Rewards Card has been issued or whose name has been used to register on the Tsogo Sun App, is entitled to use the Tsogo Rewards benefits and discounts associated with it.
3. The Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables play by 5, for the play sessions that started and ended between 08:00 and 23:59 on 6 June 2026.
4. Only persons 18 years and older are permitted to become a Tsogo Rewards member and download the Tsogo Sun App.
5. The Bonus Play Multiplier is only applicable to Bonus Play on the Tsogo Sun App.
6. Only casino play earned after registering on the Tsogo Sun App will qualify for the multiplier, within the promotional period specified.
7. Multiplied Bonus Play will show on the Tsogo Sun App once your gaming session is completed.
8. Filled pots can be redeemed for +Play only and can’t be transferred to other players.
9. Filled pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired pots are forfeited.
10. +Play expires after 365 days.
11. The +Play vouchers for tables are redeemable at Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable Chips. Proof of identity & Tsogo Rewards membership card required.
12. The +Play voucher is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
13. Misuse or abuse of this offer may result in termination of the offer without notice.

Food & Drink Voucher (Points Redemption)

This offer is available to eligible Tsogo Rewards members on Tsogo Rewards Day (6 June 2026).
Members can redeem TR50 (50 Tsogo Rewards points) via the Tsogo Sun App to receive a R75 Food & Drink voucher.
The voucher must be claimed via the “Offers” section on the Tsogo Sun App.
Upon claiming the voucher, TR50 will be deducted from the member’s available gaming points balance.
Only gaming points may be used for this redemption:
At OneCard properties, TR50 will be deducted from the OneCard balance
At non-OneCard properties, TR50 will be deducted from the property gaming balance
If a member does not have sufficient gaming points, they may transfer points from Entertainment or playTSOGO balances to their gaming balance prior to redemption.
Members must ensure they select the correct property when claiming the voucher, as the voucher will be linked to that specific property and may only be redeemed there.
The voucher is valid for 7 (seven) days from the date of claim, after which it will expire if unused.
The voucher is redeemable at participating food and beverage outlets on the casino floor and selected adjacent outlets, as determined by the property.
The voucher must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. No change or residual value will be given.
The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
This offer is limited to one voucher per member, unless otherwise stated.
Standard Tsogo Rewards programme rules apply:

Misuse, abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of the voucher and/or reversal of points deducted.
Tsogo Sun reserves the right to verify all transactions and adjust or withdraw the offer at its sole discretion.

Patron must earn 1 gaming point through slots or tables to receive drink vouchers.
This offer is only available to members registered on the Tsogo Sun App before 07:59, 6 June 2026.
