Put The Chery On Top

1. The PUT THE CHERY ON TOP promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will be running from 1 July until 25 September 2026, with over R560 000 in Cash, Car (Chery Tiggo 4 Cross LIT CVT) and Prizes up for grabs.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the PUT THE CHERY ON TOP promotion.
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The PUT THE CHERY ON TOP promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion is running over a three month period with the breakdown of draw dates as below:

6. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
7. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Mykonos Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner, and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
8. Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
9. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
10. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and are valid from ticket collection dates for the different draws until 18h00 on the draw evenings of 31 July, 28 August and 25 September 2026.
11. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
12. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
13. Launch Draw – 31 July 2026:

• The Launch draw will take place on 31 July 2026 at 19h00 and 20h00 and is exclusive to all active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members. Up to R80,000 in Cash & Prizes up for grabs (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food & Beverage prizes) for our members.
• Points Earning Component for the Launch Draw

Points earning for all Tiers starts on 1 July until 31 July 2026, with 250 points per ticket entry to qualify.

Our Tsogo Rewards members need to play slots or tables with their Mykonos rewards card to earn points for a draw entry.

• New sign Up Component

New Rewards Sign-ups (new registration criteria) – requirement will be register and play (minimum 1 point earning) to receive free tickets.

• Gaming Visit Component

Visit earning is 1 bonus ticket for one gaming visit (minimum 1 point earning))

• Tsogo Sun App Component:

Tsogo Sun Mobile App users will receive additional Mobile Bonus Draw Tickets on the draw date, 31 July 2026 based on their tier:

• Ticket activation starts from 24 July until 31 July 2026 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
• The live draws will take place on 31 July 2026 at 19h00 and 20h00 and 4 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at each draw time. All the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal.
• Winners will have the opportunity to choose between 8 boxes on the stage (4 boxes will be selected at 19h00 and 4 boxes at 20h00)
• Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on 31 July 2026.
• Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person.
• Our 8 Winners on the evening will also have the opportunity to spin the wheel for a bonus prize if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App and registered on playTSOGO, prior to the draw times. The physical wheel will display all the possible prizes and have an indicator (i.e. arrow) that will indicate the prize that has been won, once the wheel stops spinning.
• The amount on the spinning wheel can be won more than once on the 31^st of July 2026. If all 8 winners downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Mobile App and registered on playTSOGO and spin on the highest amount, there could be UP to R80,000 in Cash & Prizes.

MIDWAY TIER DRAW – 28 AUGUST 2026

• The MIDWAY Tier draws will take place on 28 August 2026 at 19h00 and 20h00 and is exclusive to Mykonos Casino Tsogo Rewards members, with a total of UP to R110,000 In Cash & Prizes (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food & Beverage prizes) up for grabs.

• Points Earning Component for the Midway Tier Draw

This will be a Tier specific draw.

Our 10-Tier and J-Tier must earn 250 points, per ticket entry, from 1 July until 28 August 2026, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 August 2026 at 19h00.

Our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier must earn 500 points, per ticket entry from 1 July until 28 August 2026, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 August 2026 at 20h00.

A total of 10 winners for the evening.
• Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on 28 August 2026.
• At each draw time winners will have the opportunity to choose between 5 balloons.

FINAL CASH & CAR DRAW – 25 September 2026 at 20h00

• Points Earning Component for the Final Cash & Car Draw

1000 points per ticket entry required to qualify for a draw entry, for all Tiers from 1 July until 25 September 2026.

• Ticket activation for the final Cash & Car draw will take place from 18 September 2026 until 25 September, at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
• The Electronic Draw Selector process will be used on the 25^th of September 2026
• 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00.
• Each selected winner will have the opportunity to select a number out of the bag, without knowing what the number will be.
• Once all 5 winners are selected and all winners have selected a number, there will be a countdown for all 5 winners to open the 5 boxes on the stage at the same time, to reveal their prize.
• Participants may have more than one ticket, but can only win once at the 20h00 draw.
• Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person.

FINAL CASH AND CAR DRAW

14. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draws, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any changes.
15. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
16. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
20. The vehicle advertised and/or displayed is for advertising purposes only and might differ from the actual prize to be won.
